i need at least like $1-2 million because my troop level is way too high and it's ruining my economy and they don't let me decommission them because i've attacked someone within the past two days, since im at war and i have to attack to win it obviously, i just need to use it to buy a crapload of infrastructure to get my civilian population up, right now because of this my bills are higher then the amount of taxes im pulling in.
