I'd like to try and get 1500 tech by the time I am able to buy another Wonder, so here I am, ready to give you money in exchange for your tech. 3 slots open; first come first served, and I'd prefer short-term deals for the moment. If your nation is older than 90 days you get the cash up front, but if not I'd prefer to receive the tech first. Oh, and no wars.

Yes, I totally want to paint a gigantic bullseye on my nation by giving you money in return for tech raided from a sanctioned alliance - raids that you yourself admit will probably earn you a ZI (and judging by your wars screen, are doing so as we speak). I always wanted to get rid of the burdens that are my several thousand units of infrastructure and my respectably-developed army, and doing it this way would be a blast!

Considering that any given player would get more value out of the 3 million/50 tech sellers, let alone the 3 million/100 tech standard that usually rules this forum, I'd say you're not doing as fine a job as you seem to think. 1 million/10 tech is just a waste of a highly valuable aid slot in the face of that.
