  1. This is wonderful!!

The AOD Brigade are great people!! I have had wonderful interactions with many members, and at the risk of offending others by singling out the few, especially Empress Maora and Mirreille. They have been great friends to IRAN, and we wish them the very best.

    Congrats all around!

    Edit for grammar

  2. Shortly after update today (May 30, 2009) I started having problems accessing the game site. I was able to get in after update, both in the Standard and Tournament versions. Then, when I would check back later, sometimes I would get in but other times I wouldn't. Now I can't get in at all. I keep getting the following message: "Network Timeout The server at www.cybernations.net is taking too long to respond." This is the only site I can't access. I've tried both Firefox and Explorer with teh same negative results

I need my CN fix :-)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: The problem is resolved. Thanks anyway

  3. Is there a clause in here that initiates the famed "three way break off flank attack" that IRAN is famous for?

That's since been replaced by the "quadruple left-sided over the top counter-insurgency maneuver"

Seriously though, the charter is the product of a lot of work by a lot of people in IRAN. I'm glad and proud to see it finally finished.

  4. Thanks Bone . . err Joe Izuzu for the the input and info. I wasn't aware of Batallion's past life either, but it does shed even more light on him and his actions.

For those who didn't know, yesterday afternoon Batallion attacked Mogar. Some external nations wanted to attack Batallion in response, but IRAN government members worked feverishly on irc last night persuading them to refrain and let us try to resolve the matter internally. Before the update (and Mogar's inevitable nuclear response) Mogar accepted peace from Batallion. Batallion has left IRAN on his own initiative and not in response to any demand from anyone in IRAN, and joined FAN (whether or not with their permission is their concern).

We in IRAN hope this brings an end to our recent internal drama and that we can get on with the more important business of restoring our alliance's physical damage, and hopefully its reputation as well.

    Edit: for clarity

  5. Batallion was not removed by Mogar alone, but as a result of consultation among TheManpearpig, Nano Lee, Mogar and myself, and I in fact initiated the discussion on irc. Mogar is not THE leader of IRAN. Batallion was removed by 4 members of the IRAN government precisely in order to affirm that IRAN does not have a single, all-powerful, leader.

  6. IRAN (Independent Republic of Armed Nations) allows raids under the following conditions:

    1. Raids are forbidden to be conducted against any member nation of an alliance with which IRAN maintains treaties or accords, or against any member nation of one of our protectorates. There are no exceptions.

    2. Raids upon any nation residing in the Red Sphere are expressly prohibited. There are no exceptions.

    3. Raids upon any member nation of an alliance containing ten or more nations, or upon any member nation of an alliance that is treatied with other alliances or is a protectorate of another alliance are expressly prohibited. There are no exceptions.

    4. Any and all raids must first be approved by a Triumvir, the Minister of Defense or the Deputy Minister of Defense. There are no exceptions.
