Preamble: The Empire of Cainian and The Kingdom of Taiwan hereby agree to this Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression Pact(MDoAP).
Article I - Defence
Shall any signatory shall be attacked the other(s) MUST declare war on the aggressor to defend the other signatory(s).
Article II - Agression
Shall any signatory declare war on another nation the other signatory(s) are not required to attack as well.
Article III - Cancellation
If a signatory wants to cancel this pact they must first give the other(s) 48 hours notice.

I am Militar Taiwee, the General for the Taiwan troops, we will be pulling our forces to move into the cities of Benjamin, Cruzeiro do Sul and Rio Branco with our 45,000 Troops and 1,000 tanks, we will meet up with you after we have catured and secured the cities. And Gods speed.

Taiwan hereby declares war upon Mar$a Street. We are invading with our troops and plan to have the cities captured and/or destroy by the end of the night, we have full support of the Rebel Army's air force and may be called in if needed, here are the plans to all it may matter.
The 'X' marks are the cities we are attacking, our troops are definding into 2 legions of 23,000 troops and 600 tanks in Orange and 22,000 troops and 400 tanks in Yellow, the Yellow legion is attacking the cities and the Orange legion is blocking any reinforcements from coming, the Rebel Army airforce is waiting for our call if we shall need them.

Near Kaohsiung, Empire of Taiwan
A small flotilla of Shillan merchant cargo ships approached the docks. They were, of course, marked with neutral colors and had made no communication with the fleet of escorts laying out in the Pacific. The Commodore was of the older Shillan command and knew how to run a silent mission. Quickly, his sailors tied his vessels to their docks and opened up the cargo holds. Pulling out a small flashlight, the Commodore flashed the agreed morse code signal to the waiting Taiwanese soldiers.
At 9:57am, -8 GMT, the military adviser ran to the King to advise him there has been unidentified ships in Kaohsiung harbor, the following is a message from has been recorded.
"Adviser: King Ze'ke, there has been a gathering of ships in Kaohsiung's harbor with no marking"
King Ze'ke: Well... I see, continue.
Adviser: Sir, we have radioed in to the ships and have found out that they are New Shillan Empire's waiting for our soldiers to gather and move in to help them in south america.
"King Ze'ke: Send the troops from Taipei, Taichung and Tainan to meet the ships, make sure there is more then 5,000 troops to fill all the space."
"Adviser: Sir, yes sir, the troops are advancing and are planed to be at Kaohsiung by 10:57am"
TL;DR/OOC: The Taiwanese military soldiers are advancing from their posts in Taipei, and are expected to gather in Kaohsiung by 10:37am, GMT -8(Taiwan time) to be sent to aid the troops in South America.

Hello world leaders, I'm King Ze'ke and I am speaking on behalf of Taiwan to invite the leaders best scientists to come to the Taiwan Forestry Research Institute in Taipei, we have closed down a section of the Taoyuan International Airport for all leaders to get here safely(please note that because of this "war" you may bring max. of 4 fighter jets along with your transporter jet).
We request that you send your best 8-10 Scientists along with some kind of plant(that includes food) we can add to the Research Institute for further research, please be at the airport by 2:00pm Friday, Taiwan(GMT +8), The summit will begin at 3:30pm so get here early for the best food
The tour will travel though the Institute and the tour guide will answer any questions your Scientists may have, this shall last anywhere from 3-6 hours depending on however many questions you may have, at the end we will end up in a newly added section where you will plant your plant, then we will have another break for food then we will continue into the threater where as it is a 360 view flying over Taiwan to show you our lastest high lights.
Then we got more food, then you shall be shown the exit and grab a 40lbs goodie bag to take with you on your way back to your homeland.
