With all the new treaties going on right now I dought that not even a Great War will happen in the next year let alone war that completely wipes out the game.

It's completely impossible. The worst war CN can get is another Great War which I'm sure will eventually happen but, a war that can ruin the whole game? Definitly Not.

What was the Christmas war?
It was a weird war that happened on Christmas.

Meh, they can simply learn a good lesson and smarten up. However, I'm questioning the effectiveness of TCW on UNSC leadership. I personally have a gut feeling that they haven't fully learned their lesson, but w/e. Next time (if there is one) we'll strive to make it a quick and painless roll to ease the confusion.
I wasn't asking GDI, I was asking UNSC. BTW, it's not like the Christmas War was just UNSC's fault. Warsaw made some questionable decisions too.

A word of advice,
If you need to post a disclaimer to make sure that you don't offend anyone with a treaty name, it would probably be best to just name it something else. Especially when the possibly offended party is one that you were recently at war with.
Vasuda is EXACTLY right. You don't want to offend anyone in this game. Especially your alliance who just got out of a war.

Ladies and gentlemen, here's a great example of terrible inter-alliance communications.
Don't dis SPA. They made a great decision. UNSC deserves peace. Your alliance should declare peace too.
