    Generally, to allocute in law means "to speak out formally." Although I'm still not sure thats the best term for what it seems they are looking for.

    I'm guessing you have to be in the top 10% or so before your nation is large enough to help drag Gramlins down to where IRON can deal with them. And that's just for the low end. Gramlins have quite a few nations with over 100k NS. Mathew PK, for instance, if just barely over 100k. He's the 8th largest Gramlin by NS. His ranking : Ranked #256 of 24,893 Nations (1.03%)

    So in order to hit the largest 8 or so Gramlins, you have to be somewhere in the top 1% of all the nations on Planet Bob.

    A mad rush of all the smaller nations to join IRON won't do much to change things.

    My point was for IRON to pay peace terms they could not be at war with Gre. To avoid war with Gre, they must stay in peace mode (thats why they have something to worry about)

    I don't claim what we did in this war was right or smart...only that FOK was not our ally going into this war, they cancelled on us forcing our side

    All I am saying is that TOP forgave that action by Gremlins at the time, and it is incredibly unreasonable for Gremlins to say that IRON is "lining up" for them time after time when they hit IRON first

    I'm sorry...we posted at the same time, although its sickening how quickly people jump to their defense when they don't know the story

    Second the excuse that Gremlins is mad at IRON for lining up at them every chance, seems to forget that it was Gremlins who attacked IRON in Karma, breaking their treaty with TOP

    I'm proud to be part of an alliances that doesn't enable the taking of archaic reparations. Proud to be part of an alliance that doesn't stand for allies who troll other allies. Proud to be part of an alliances that remembers when allies have stood up for us and when we've let allies down (IRON in Karma war) I'm proud to be a part of an alliance that is at war with 22 alliances and still fighting hard.
