So it is based on soldier efficiency?

According to the new charts, my soldiers make up less than 30% of my population total now. I was at , if I remember correctly, around 22% so I bought around 2000 soldiers. In doing so I lost 169 citizens. I was surprised this happened because I am still under 30%.

I did the math and was wondering if some one could confirm my figures. Technology lowers infrastructure upkeep costs up to a maximum 10% discount based on the following formula: (Technology Level * 2) / Nation Strength = Percent off infrastructure upkeep bill. I have 750 tech and ns of 15,879.541 . So my infra upkeep cost reduction would be less than 1% ? (.095) http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...ation_ID=245851

I just bought infra that put me at 24,093 citizens but I cannot buy an improvement. I was under 24000 before I bought the infra. My question is this. Does the per 1000 count start from your last improvement purchase? I did not think so but I am confused as to why I cannot buy an improvement. I quess what I am getting at is if I buy an improvement at 23,800 citizens do I have to add 1000 to THAT number before I am allowed to buy another?

So say I have 1000 citizens. I then get the bonus. Now I have 1050. Then I buy infra and as a result, I have 1050+75=1125 ? or that bonus makes me have 5% more than 75. I'm sorry, but this really confuses me.

If a resource gives you +5% citizen count, is that 5% applied to your current citizen count or do you get that, plus an additional 5% each time you add citizens thru buying infa?

Thanks. My Alliance went to war and I was advised to sit it out in peace mode. The 5 day rule in interesting. I looked all over for that type of info but could not find it in game..

If I come out of peace mode after three days to avoid the penalty, then the next day go back into peace mode, does the days in peace mode reset? Or would it be considered day four of peace mode when I go back into peace mode?

I have five aid slots. I have only recieved aid four times. When I look at my nation, it shows all five slots used, (the orange circles). I have not sent aid either. Another player said he looked and it did in fact show an open slot.

I am an Airline Pilot. I am in Hotels every week. All the Hotels we use have in room internet acsess in case you have a lap top, which I do. It is very possible that other guest in the Hotel play CN. How does CN handle that situation? I assume as long as I do not interact with that other person nothing will happen. Thank you
