Some people like to suddenly change their minds, it is part of human nature.
If you can't handle the disrespectful leaders, ignore them and let them be. If you still can't handle it without threatening, we strongly suggest you to attend a politic etiquette class.

Lol, how ironic. Explain why in the CN Wiki your alliance was in the Karma's side list. Did you not realize that you were in a war against DOOM before?

So basically NSO was aiming for other alliances mid/large members, worse than the small members.
Plus, NSO purposely bashed the neutral alliances and ranted about how those alliances were weak because they weren't in the Karma War in their recruitment messages. That is another major insult to the alliances that NSO attempted to poach.

We forgot to mention that our tourist visas prohibit travelers from working in GLS, unless if they have a Green Card (which is extremely hard to get, considering the amount of background checks) or become a citizen (even more background checks and takes more time).

Of course they cannot commit crimes - and bringing in illegal weapons would be a crime, as would setting up an unauthorized and illegal military base. And off-duty AGS worker is fully bound by the law of the nation they go into; however you would most likely not know that they are in your nation.

Tahoe's only "Pacific holding" from what we can see is Hawaii, which has long been considered part of North America. We will not place pressure on them to relinquish that. If there is something we missed, please let us know.
You are opposed against other nations setting up a colony on the American continent. However, you are not opposed against American nations setting up colonies on other continents.
That does not make sense, it seems like you are heavily biased against non-American people.

The concept of a diplomatic immunity is sacrosanct for conduct of inter governmental interactions. If there is no guarantee that the person of a diplomat is inviolable how can statecraft be conducted?
Kingdom of Cochin is a traditional nation. The traditions of diplomatic immunity are hence sacred in our policy. In case of a hostility what guarantee is there that trumped up charges may not lead to arrest and interrogation of vital diplomats?
What guarantee is that sensitive government information may not be extracted from diplomatic bag if there is no diplomatic immunity. Even when Germany declared war on USSR in 1941 they rest assured that the diplomats will not be hassled.
The Kingdom of Cochin has strict criminal laws and crimes are quite severely punished regardless of a person's rank or station. If one of our diplomats break your laws you can declare them Persona non Grata and expel them from your country. If the charge is untrue the same treatment will be meted out to a corresponding diplomat from your embassy, for that is the international norm. If the charges are true the diplomat shall be stripped of rank and be tried under criminal law, for belittling the Kingdom is the greatest crime of a Diplomat.
Hence we reiterate that unless we are offered full diplomatic privileges we shall not be able to set up a diplomatic mission to your nation.
If your nation consents to send a diplomatic mission to our nation , you may rest assured that they will be accorded all the diplomatic privileges due to a sovereign nation.

We find evidences (with permission from the nation the diplomat came from and our search warrant court) and press charges.

In case of a partial diplomatic immunity Kingdom of Cochin withdraws its request for an embassy.
However we do offer permission for you to set up your embassy in our nation. Perhaps we can conduct diplomacy in that manner.
We wonder why you wish to withdraw. The diplomatic immunity does not cover those important laws. We don't want diplomats murdering people or parking in the middle of a busy road and getting away with it because of their diplomatic immunity.
