get your facts straight. there were a few reasons that Iunctus was asked to leave and that wasn't one of them.

It's cool, I understand that you guys asked them to leave after you announced that they were moving with you to purple. I know it was just a coincidence.

I'm not sure if you were implying it but I'll bite anyway. Our move to Purple had little to do with being combative with people there, but a lot to do with Stickmen unity. Well, regardless what happened, I think we succeeded :P

Kriek, did you honestly just say that your move to purple which cost you 1/4th of the alliances in your bloc, encouraged bloc unity?

Anyway, congratulations Invicta and Iunctus, hopefully this is the beginning of a long and fruitful friendship.

I'm not Gov so anything regarding peace or surrender isn't my decision, although personally I won't write a beer review with the intent of ending the fighting until IRON gets peace as well from Fark. I wouldn't be humiliated writing one if I'm doing it for reasons other than getting peace only for my own alliance while an ally is still at war indefinitely. Until IRON gets peace as well I don't feel like drinking to peace, but getting into a drunken brawl with whatever nations happen to fill my slots. If its drinking to surrender than it should be an offer available to take when we are beaten fully, not something we'll be pressured into doing because of the threat of harsh reps if we don't.

I don't mind fighting until IRON gets peace however long that will be, by Fark declaring on IRON before working out a peace agreement with us it put us in a position to keep fighting them or leave an ally on the battlefield to fight Fark on their own as they're also getting hit by other alliances. What I don't like is that rejecting the beer review terms means later on the threat of extremely harsh reps if we stick by IRON to the end. Personally I'd rather fight until this war has reached its conclusion and I've seen it through to the end.

Okay, I'm sorry if I misunderstood. Not drinking to peace while IRON's still in I totally understand. :D

If the beer review thing is meant as reconciliation after war as some Fark members have told me and not surrender, then any beer review I think should come after the fighting ends and whoever Fark is fighting wants to write a review for them as a gesture of good will. If its forced it has no positive meaning behind it beyond showing that you won.

Oh, come on, they did a review as well. It was a term we all agreed to, there was no surrender, and no humiliation unless you take yourself that seriously.

  5. Soon after this front ended, SNAFU was approached by Liquid Mercury and asked if he could do our beer review for us...not being one to generally remember much about the beer I drank the night before, I agreed. here is his effort and we'd like to say thank you.

Also, just so no one else has to dig back in the archives, Brengstklau's review can be found here.

Thanks for the good time Fark, and have fun.

Oh, and as far as Clamato and beer, the first and only time I've seen that (prior to the above review) was off the coast of Western Canada where apparently, Molsen Canadian and Clamato juice is a delicacy. It is definitely no where near the same as V8, nor is it particularly like a bloody mary. It was interesting and I might order it again if I saw it on a menu, but there's no chance that I'd buy clamato juice and bring it in my home...who knows what that stuff REALLY is...

You should have reversed the 2nd and 3rd words, then your announcement's acronym would be S.N.A.F.U.

Anyways, thank you for your contributions.

You'll notice something of a theme about our announcement Woody. I always spell out SNAFU in the title...but we also like our little SNAFU's thrown in as well. :P

    Thanks for getting it. :D

Anyway, I'd just like to say, that this has been a lot of fun, and I really must say o/ purple (both allies and former foes).
