I, Aquilos of Eagalia, swear to pay the 3 million fee to the winner of this competition.
You won the intranetz.

NPO is certainly signing a lot of treaties, congratulations. :jihad:

The first round of losers. Germany wins 3-2!
You should have joined the competition, it would've been nice to have more people around. Anyways, I reserve the right to start a new one for the Olympics, let it be official today
-
Competition has now begun. Thanks to all who supported to gather a very nice total of 51 million dollars! No one can retract anymore. Anyways, all the tidbits will be paid out by IRAN members, so if you're owed 5.8 million dollars, then some1 will send 3 mill to IRAN member and that member will split the money to pay you the tidbits. Good luck everyone!
-
ps- how many days after the final do we have to pay the 3 mill? i'll start saving right away but since im a small nation it might take a while
Have the money ready on the day the winner is decided.
-
Hmm mate, you might want to put the country you're betting to win the Euro rather than... your nation? lol
Lol, that was epic.

By the way, just to let you know, since it seems it's kind've unfair to some of you, I'll allow anyone whose teams get eliminated before the quarterfinals to switch teams, so if you picked Sweden and they end up getting eliminated somehow, then you can pick a new team without suffering consequences. But you HAVE to pick a new team on by Wednesday June 18th, that's the deadline. I am also making it 10 people per team to make it more profitable, it seems we don't have that many people yet to make this that big of an event, especially with a deadline due in 1 day.

Hey Batallion,
I saw your thread on the CN forums for the Euro 2008 competition. For some reason, I'm not able to post on the forums but I'd still like to participate.

Also, can you reply to this message to confirm that I am in the competition? Thank you!
Oz
Ozujsko is now in the competition too.

Shut up. You knew what he was talking about and are just being obnoxious. Should I crack you over the head the next time you use something in your particular dialect of English that isn't the exact word I use?
Before I commit to winning all these millions, how is this going to get paid out?
I answered this now, thanks for asking, almost forgot lol. Also, we need someone who will enforce no one pulls !@#$%^&* theft on this competition too.
Also, the competition enrollment will close at the end of the match on Wednesday June 18th. Better get in quick.

Oh yeah, I'm also in,

Sponsored by IRAN (Flag By: D34th)
Total Pot: 48 Million
Rules for debt payment:
1. You will pay the money within 30 days or face possible military action. Whether you're fighting an alliance war or not, you swore an oath to pay the money, no matter who won it.
2. Every 10 days you don't pay will accumulate your debt by 3 million dollars, to a maximum of 6 million dollars accumulation over time, adding onto the 3 million you already owe, meaning you will owe 9 million total. The winner is also responsible for not filling up their own aid slot for 30 days to allow the loser to pay the money.
3. All fees will be paid to the winner you were assigned to pay the money to.
4. Should the aid slot of the winner be full for the first 10 days after the winners were decided, the money owed to that winner will be cancelled and will likely be moved to the next winner.
5. Should the aid slot of the ower be full for the first 10 days, rule #2 will apply.
6. If a loser pays 6 million out of the 9 million they owe after 20+ days, then rule #1 is still in effect, no matter what the circumstance.
7. Money can be forwarded to other people of your choice, just send a PM to the person who owes you money and make arrangements.
8. All losers must notify me whether in a PM or in this thread that they have paid their money with a link.
Losers:
- Batallion [3 Million Owed]
- Chill [3 Million Owed]
Congratulations to all who chose Spain! You have won a good deal of money.

Yes, the lightning storm was ridiculous, what sucked even more was the damn announcer guy from the TV channel constantly apologizing, he sounded like a total fool.
