Ryan, this is very disappointing. SPA and GDI ended on bad terms when you disbanded, but we wanted to give you a second chance. You failed that second chance... The Socialist Peoples Alliance fully supports all the decisions made by our protector in this thread and would like to commend them on their honorable and merciful response to GDI's lack of brains... o/ MHA

Allen did not resign because of this incident, he resigned because of internal issues he had with the members of NOD (no there wasnt a coup). Allen has joined SPA (no, we dont support his actions, but we do believe that this was a momentary lack of...i guess we'll call it brains shall we?). He has promised us he will not act so rashly again.

Allen is no longer in NoD, and therefore, his offer, i assume, is not valid (please contact NoD about that to clarify).

Well, we're a Small alliance now, not micro.

Today, on the 28th of February, 2009, SPA is reforming. No longer are we the Socialist Peoples Army, weak and militaristic; but, we are the new Socialist Peoples Alliance!! We are returning yet we are under a new name, with a completely rewritten alliance charter, new forums, new leadership and with both new and returning members. All members, new comrades and veterans of many battles, are thrilled to be under one banner, united, once again. We will once again forge the bonds of friendship and will strive to have minimal enemies, if any. We will always give our all to resolve disputes diplomatically, multiple times if necissary. Our updated forums are hosted at z8.invisionfree.com/SPA/ and we can always again be found at #socpa on coldfront. We will always welcome new members to spread the joys and benefits of a truly socialist alliance and posted below is our revised charter stronger and better than before, with it we will grow and flourish. Now, last, but not least, I, personally, would like to thank the government of WANG, especially Care Bear and Jab07, for all their great support and letting us stay with them while we work on the reformations. We will stay for a minimum of 1 month, then we are free to go. We dont have to repay aid, but if they ask us to, we probably will. We have set up a organized academy for them and will help with that if needed, even after we leave. We will have boosted them in NS, and we will be getting a treaty with WANG when we leave, so we can stay close. Any more?

To make everything clear to everyone, when we worked out the merger, it was understood by WANG's government that this is a temporary merge, they agreed to that. We merged due to serious issues we had with activity all through our life as well as recruitment issues. Some government where not active. When we do reform in the future, it will be with a new charter and new government. I be happy to answer any more questions you may have, as long as they are about SPA or the merge with WANG.
