Hi, just Gouged my eyes out with a virtual word fork and had several bouts of Deja Vu as people kept asking the same questions over and over Now to my point (Surprised theres nothing on this)- If I move my Nation Capital to a new location are there any penalities of any kind? Such as a change of resources, happiness hit or money? Sure i could find out just by doing it, but if there is its irreversible.
