Voted no. The phrase "You don't miss what you didn't have" springs to mind. The game's got NPO at the moment, and to an extent needs the NPO. Pacifica has been in the game so long it would be a dramatic change that I (and others) wouldn't welcome. Yes some power needs to be taken away from NPO, but this game still needs NPO to be around.

Our most discussed topic might I add. Shame it was to be our last.

I'd just like to definitively point out that this particular issue did not exist. Having seen many co-government members enter and leave the cabinet at the end, Terra Prime was very lucky to have what I would consider an outstanding government from what it could've had.

Why do that? We declared on White Tree (who surrendered with white peace) and TFO. Last time I checked there was no notice of a DoW from you, no notice of a DoW from IS. And PC's other protectorates weren't even fighting. Why contact alliances that weren't even involved? Edit; forgot the important bit o/ TP forever. It was one hell of a run
