I havent been near 1500 NS for a long time, and I don't play TE much. Maybe they dont want to make a name, maybe they just want war. War is fun, and the peace of SE has gotten boring. On the rare ocasion I do play TE, I just raid random people.

You can only launch carrier aircraft by putting your navy in support mode and you can only do that that if they have no break blockade ships. If they have any you HAVE to use naval attack first to destroy them then hopefully they'll all be gone so you can send all your aircraft.
