    So I enjoy this very much. He calls BringMeTheHorizon a bully in a sense, then goes ahead and attacks other nations stating that BringMeTheHorizon is the reason he is doing so. Some twisted logic there.

     

     

    I gave him a simple way out. You decided it was better to save face by not admitting he was wrong because you need his image more than the NS. Now we will see if your desire to "use his persona to further my goals of a coalition to build a future" is more important than your alliance membership.

     

    This could have ended on day 1 with a simple post by cool beans. Now your alliance is going to burn because you place your future plans and dreams of a grande "coalition" ahead of ordinary people. What kind of puppet are you running? Your plan to save face is now a damage limitation excercise. The question what do you protect from further damage? your puppet leaders image or the people in your alliance?

     

    The price of peace is a public admission by cool beans that he was wrong and an apology from both of you for calling me a coward. Failure to do so shows your pride is more important than your members. If thats the case I expect they will see you for what you are and vote with their feet

    Some day in the future some of you might be contemplating a treaty with Riot Society or an alliance which has BringMeTheHorizon in a leadership position. If that day comes and you get into a spot of bother this white knight might not be swooping to the rescue. I cant give any insight to the man he was but can shed some light on the man he has become.

     

    I am a big mouth but i've always been ready to put my money where my mouth is. I never cared much for image but my friends and allies always knew when the chips were down that I could be counted on the the bitter end. Here on Bob there are many kinds of nation leaders and probably the worst of the lot is the leader with a big mouth and a yellow belly. Always quich to mouth off and even quicker to run and hide. These master e-lawyers only care about perception and saving face at all costs, on many occasions at the expense of friends and allies.  BringMeTheHorizon is on such leader.

     

     

    In the beginning there was a bravado comment that I missed at the time but noticed later.

     

     

     

    Don't worry, killer, your bite died long ago.

     

     

    I had already declared on two NPO nations before I noticed this guy and saw he was in range, so I declared on him with the intention of showing him my bite was still there having not so long ago been part of BF1 and nuked NpO 72 times.

     

     

    His replies gave me hope that he was one of the hard core. At the time he had twice the infra and 20 nukes, he was by no means a weak opponent.

    So I explained I would just buy past his infra level just to upset his master cowardice plan of turtling while letting others do his fighting to which he tried to play the whole loss of NS down which is funny because of his desperate NS saving battle plan.

    This is when it became all about appearances being protected at all costs.  The only thing worse than being a useless coward is appearing like one according to these kinds of people. I think they are one in the same. The only difference is hiding and protecting the image of cowards gets others rolled in their place.

     

    Image alone matters to some.

    I didnt pick him he picked me. I was 20k ns at the start of this fight and already engaged with 2 other nations. He was 22k NS and not alone.

    BAPS, the BAPS war was a watershed in this place. Prior to that even the most powerful alliances wanted out of wars as soon as possible. Alliances would take any humiliating terms or disband rather that put up a serious long term fight (FAN sitting in peace mode for 10 years doesnt count) After that war balls deep and discarding ns became commonplace. eg: MK pre and post BAPS war were two different animals.

    TPF have a history of cowardly acts and general cowardice. When they were at the heart of the hegemony they had a big pair. They would take on any alliance a fraction of their own size with the help of an alliance or ten. During the unjust war, when the true size of the enemy appeared they ditched their ally GOONS and ran away citing a flimsy excuse to hide their lack of shame. During Karma they were in the middle of pushing that war until they saw the size of the opposition. They ran faster than in the unjust war using an even more pathetic excuse. It was so weak and pathetic that the only man in the alliance (leader of elysium, mhawk) with a pair was ashamed of TPF and refused to run away. His very public shaming of the TPF general membership forced TPF members to actually defend their ally in the war they helped start. Once again war is coming and once again TPF is on the run. This time faster, further and earlier than ever. They have mastered running away. They can ditch whatever number of allies they need to ditch smelling a large opposition on the horizon. Their fear is strong, their shame non-existent.

    The politics of the day are simple. NPO didnt get their 6 monthly beatdown in the last war. Scared people got scared. They are huddling together, suddenly befriending alliances they have despised for years and are going to beat on NPO again at their normal brave 6 to 1 to 10 to 1 odds because they are scared of NPO. People like TPF and others who are really really scared are flip flopping and switching sides like they did to GOONS in the unjust war, like they did to NPO in the Karma war and like they are doing once again. They have mastered running in fear.

     

    If you are in a coward alliance and want to prove you have big man balls join Bear Force One.

     

    TLDR?

     

    NPO scares the coward majority

    Thank you Pacific Fleet of Ocean Pacifica (NpO). Your decision not to attack me for the last few days has once again enabled me to exit anarchy. With your gracious gift I have been able to select 3 of your alliance mates for special treatment including poor stoney of blacklisted who is just a pile of rubble without 2 quid to his name after our last dance (I guess the rebuilding aid got lost in the mail)

     

    Onwards to victory BF1 o/

    Yeah, that's an easily fixable problem. Not sure what it proves, though. Seems to be hanging with you well.

     


     

    I marvel at the levels of incompetence I have witnessed and
    the ease in which it is dismissed. At every level you guys have shown
    incredible levels of uselessness that would never have been seen by the other
    major alliances up against a dozen nations. Polar is at best a meat shield (horse meat not beef) for
    serious alliances and are so desperate to come in from the cold that their new shiny
    treaty has blinded them to the truth. Son, you guys have an ability deficit and
    your going to be shredded like shredded wheat when you face an alliance of more
    than 13 members in the next war. I had more respect for UPN when a single
    comment I made about them caused the break up of Poseidon.

     

    I feel sorry for your general membership. Telling them its ok to be a tech farm with 8k infra, its best not to put up any kind of a fight when attacked and its normal to get nuked to bits and have no aid or military help .
