One year ago, a group of six men came do together to discuss forming a new alliance. They were all experienced leaders on varying levels, and all were friends who had served together in the past. One of those men had a small alliance (that somehow sort of exists now, but that's a story for a different time) which helped create the base membership of this new alliance which would have a government structured out of the six and some ranking members of the small alliance. The new alliance quickly grew and made some friends. Over time the founding members left, and the structure of the government changed. The alliance pushed pass these setbacks, growing ever larger. Eventually, the founder who led the small alliance left, causing a rift in the alliance. Many people left, and caused trouble for us and another alliance This caused us to do some renovating, and so we proceeded to remove all those who refused to become active and helpful members who deserved all the time and money put into them. We repaired the government which had fallen into disarray in the previous months, and have remained a small, close knit group of friends helping each other grow stronger. This was what the original six founders had planned on. We plan on being more cautious with who we allow in our alliance, only accepting small nations who we believe may be conditioned into quality rulers, and help give back to the alliance which will give so much to them.
In the last year, we in FAR have fought together in battle. We have seen many people come and go, and have made many friends (and some haters) along the way. We have been through hard times, as well as many good times.
So let us all come together to celebrate the one year birthday of FAR! A beloved ally to some, a useless micro to others, we have a flavour for everyone. If there is anything you would like to say to us, or any questions you would like to ask, feel free.

To be fair, Stelios did most of the work. Once Bat stepped in things got pretty sour, then laughable and entertaining, then I got too sick of him and decided to move on

Good luck with whatever you do, Teddy. I didn't really know you but you aren't a bad guy. Maybe now you can branch out and learn how to work with more... normal people. -

We were once well over one million ns, and have been around for nearly a year. We went through some changes, and we like it this way. We plan on growth soon enough though.
Also, we began this protection when The United States contained just one nation, to keep the raiders away, and we plan on continuing to help them as much as we can. Fernando is one of the better recruiters I've ever met, and I'm not surprised that he got 20 members in such a short time, and I won't be surprised when he doubles that. FAR hasn't actively recruited since March, and over the summer we cleaned house and lost/got rid of over 60 members.
We aren't trying to mess up the politics or treaty web, just do a favour for a friend who did a lot for us. -
Good to see this, I wish you the best of luck with this alliance and we will always have your back.

For some reason, I hate seeing alliances that I've fought disband. I gain respect for those that I have met on the battlefield.
I liked OFLC, this is a sad announcement for me. Good luck to all members of this alliance. -

The story is simple:
Fernando12 doctored some logs and gave them to FAR .gov. He didn't provide a screenshot since he "deleted it" apparently. He simply provided text. After that I provided a logical explanation as to why things aren't right in the logs, since I don't keep logs myself. In the end Sir Exodus and Pandas kept repeating themselves over and over with the same questions, even though I kept answering them. This ended up giving me a huge headache and I just left IRC and I knew FAR would cancel the treaty after that because they seemed more inclined to believe that Fernando was right. Essentially Fernando has a special reason on why he doctored a logdump of me in the first place, it's because I went to #NSO and insulted him and some other stuff. I would've cancelled the FAR treaty myself in a short while too because I didn't like the conversation I had with FAR's leaders. I should also add that Pandas and Exodus held the logs to themselves and didn't even notify me until BY CHANCE I happened to talk about something they found of interest. They had the doctored logs for over 4 days (if not more). Pathetic.
With all that said and done, I take my leave from this thread since this is the most pointless discussion ever.
AcTi is moving on and presumably so is FAR.

You fool, this is why I said that we were the ones with the reason. Don't twist the story.
1. Yes Fernando sent the logs, and neither of you could really prove who was right or wrong. You had the weakest argument ever.
2. After trying to deal with you, I decided that regardless of the authenticity of the logs that I disliked you so much now that I didn't want to tarnish my alliance by having it tied to you in any way.
3. You screwed up many times throughout the life of this treaty. The original reason that I decided to sign it with you never actually happened, making the treaty totally pointless.
4. We didn't wait until you spoke of something by chance or whatever the hell you're talking about. We wanted to discuss them with you in real time, together.
I canceled the treaty. Not you. Don't twist it in your direction. you are 100% in the wrong, although there isn't much of a "right or Wrong" here. I don't care if you planned to cancel it. We had FAR better reasons than you. We don't need you at all. All you've done with that paragraph up there is make me dislike even more.
Now, I wanted to keep the reasons private and move on civilly. I suggest stopping now, because if you continue on or try to argue then you will lose.
