I was just attacked by a rouge the other day, and my nation is pressuring him to give me repairs, but he's just staying in peacemode to avoid me :angry: I need about 500k to repair from this, if anyone could provide it

Ok, so this is my third day playing, so the answer might be obvious. Anyway, I log on today to collect taxes/pay bills etc. and notice that my national happiness is at -6.28, with a very mad Smiley face next to it. But just yesterday it was at +6.28. Whats up with that?
