Nick, for the record I believe you would stomp DT but I wouldn't stoop down to a fight challenge. It's not worth it.
Focus on your self and your alliance, trust me you won't have to worry about DT anyway as I'm sure there will be
plenty of other nations that want a peace of him/her.
I also don't think you need to explain yourself to anyone for any reason, life happens, shiat happens and it's no ones business

I'm not cheerleading. I really don't like the Avengers. I personally don't play the way they do, but you can't deny that their tactics are effective. They rack up millions of casualties, grow infra in ways that are difficult to keep up with, put together 100m+ warchests, and get flags. They're playing to win, and they're succeeding. I personally am trying to find a more honorable way of doing it, and I'm having success, but I won't deny for one second that the Avengers are - for all their !@#$%^&* - a very formidable and well-oiled machine. It's called respect for a worthwhile enemy. While you've been sitting unaligned, refusing to even make trades and whining about it, I've been building infra to match theirs to see if there's ways to beat them. !@#$ or get off the pot, Daenerys.
This is why I respect you so much Nick, just because you don't agree with someones (or group of) actions doesn't mean you criticize or bash every move they make, you still respect them, and/or try to beat them at their own game....well said sir!Are you basing your comments off this round, or previous ones? Your statements accurately describe many previous rounds, and I think you assume we are operating in the same exact way. Hitting TPC in the way we did at the beginning of this round was something I wish I handled differently. We should have split the alliance up or something, instead of declaring wars on different days. If that is the instance in question, flags were not involved. We refrained from hitting TPC's flag runner, and besides, no legitimate flag runner is going to be seriously set back by an early round war without nukes, spy ops, or staggering. As long as The Avengers exists, we will win casualties, something which also has nothing to do with the tactics you mention above.
No, it actually was an experiment. I was trying to figure out the stats updates. None of our rich nations have spent their money yet, and our overall NS isn't particularly high right now. Even if we were to be perma-staggered for the rest of the round, we would still have ten nations above 35k.
Ditto Das....The fact that you guys are not operating under the same as previous rounds and still yet, mention that actions in the start of this round were not the best of choices should be enough for people ( not naming names) to lighten up.The rules say 10 Nations minimum to qualify. In the past we have kept it at 15 because we didnt know. What is your problem?
Edit; As das said we have not spent yet either, and it is not me doing anything. He is testing things out, as the game allows.

Any other alliance has the same ability to do so if they so choose, I just think most play to have fun and could care less about flags.Isn't it obvious? They wanted the "Highest Avg Strength Alliance" record. It just shows how desperate they are to win flags. :facepalm:
Truth be told, TA is just able to do both, albeit they are probably a bit more serious about winning the flags.....but why TF not?

No matter what way you put it, any war on NLoN by an alliance with more than 10 members total without declaring on another alliance is a mass raid, not a war. This is in no way a fair war or a "learning experience for all" as you like to put it in anyway but sheer amount of nations, that doesn't mean much as NLoN only has32 nations above 10k, with the rest sitting between 2k-6k NS. Basically, no matter how you try to put it, this is a down-declare, plain and simple, and anyone who takes a look at the stats or has been around for more than one round could tell you that.
Sorry Staccs, I have to agree....But the truth is it has been right about 2/3 of the round so they did need a war, just maybe should of picked another smaller alliance to even it up a bit more.

It wasn't an up-declare but they did honor their word and hit the strongest. That is all they can do so fair game to them and can't you leave the name calling out of just one thread?
The stats say different....over 34k more infra, 12 more nations, 48 more nukes, and 16 more SDI's
There is no alliance in TE that would ever go against those odds, nor has there ever been.

I don't particularly care that this happened, but I know Avengers gets so so angry when these attacks happen to their nations. Given that these attacks occurred right after I spied the religion of Lochie (and was between their own attacks on me), it's safe to assume it's from Lochie.
Now, am I to understand these attacks are kosher? If they are, great! More spy ops! \o/
My personal definition and what I think most if not all of TE feels of dirty spy ops are ops that make you collect before you can change them, the biggest being the Gov propaganda as you are stuck in anarchy to collect.
With that said and known, isn't what you did first to Lochie just as bad as what he returned?
If not please explain why? I never do any spy ops that affect nation income or growth, only war but
maybe I'm going about this all wrong....

You know, I don't think you're trolling anymore. I think you really do believe that you know what's going on (you don't) and that we should care what you think (we don't, and we won't). Furthermore you actually believe you're right, and you're so wrapped up in your own delusional attention-seeking complex that nothing can challenge that belief. We've gone from imaginary chat logs that were never posted (and, Stevie confirmed they don't exist, which isn't a surprise to me at all but there you go). Imaginary positions of power in various alliances where you've interpreted minor roles as being of incredible signficance. The way you see things as having happened, is not what actually happened, and practically everyone in the game has sought to correct you on this.

As far as who I attacked, I hit your number 2 guy (that not good enough) and also hit in defense of nations that were attacked that needed help. Many of your guys did the down declare first, hence the reason I attacked them. I just stepped in to even it up a bit. Besides You can hardly call a few CM and naval attacks beating up on someone. Plus you forgot to mention I'm also fighting 4 wars one of which is a 3999.99 on me. I'm also fighting 2 nations totaling 21 nukes on me.

Generally freedom of speech is something that is widely accepted among communities. It just happens, people can choose to take posts to heart or not. Let it also be noted that the Avengers accepts members all round long, temporary or permanent. I would personally like to issue a formal invitation to Daenerys Targaryen to join the Avengers. We need some help covering lower tiers, and believe you would be perfect for the job, with your excellent fighting skills and knack for spotting flag runners!

I mean my ns was only 3 and he had already gotten in about 5 or so defeat alerts but i had to laugh when i seen the messages and the aa affiliation. The 'butthurt' was very strong in that one. He lost over 3 mill for his troubles. :smug: My nation is solely being used for temp trades, you simply can't hurt it no matter how much you try too.
I also find it funny that the Avengers will now let anyone join their ranks to try to justify stacking their alliance. This only happens when they're on the receiving end of a rolling as of course they'll invite anyone to burn for them.
Just remember AOW and anyone else who decides to jump in on other aa's wars to help friends, when you return to your aa, don't expect anymore rebuild time.
Also it looks like AOW moved all their nuke nations over, they had +30 so when someone hits them with nukes, they can only blame themselves for having little to none. A risky move to say the less.
I can see many of you who i refer to come and go, i know you're trying very hard to think of something to say back and i'd be a little impressed if you can respond with more than just saying how bad i am for saying such things, how I'm a liar and know nothing. Your best bet is to ignore those who call your bs out when you have nothing on them but that isn't a good idea most of the time. :ehm:
Let me be clear, I have no place in this war as I would never betray my friends in TPC! Even having friends on both sides which I obviously do......the honorable thing to do is remain neutral and hope that lessons and respect are earned, if anything understanding.
However AoW have become friends of FF, so let it be know that we here at FF have plenty of nukes to back them should any alliance seem fit to prey on them in their diminished state.
Now since I'm sure your going to try and spin this, (which is ok because I think most people know you talk nothing but BS) I'm going to clarify this a bit more. I don't agree or disagree with the actions of AoW's leadership, I have nothing to do with any of this war at all. But I will not allow an alliance to see this as a chance to strike an alliance that was already beat down during the first part of the round.

I admit I don't have a clue what happened prior to my re-start last round, and last round I didn't agree with The actions of TA or D1 For that matter. I made that known last round, also as stated in my various other post from the wars with D1 and WD I didn't agree with TA's attacks in the start of all this in this round. However I also stated that when all of this started TA did not just out right play dirty and attacked one alliance and destroyed them and everyone knows they could have. Instead they attacked 3 alliances lightly, as in they only attacked with a few of their nations and only hit a few nations in each alliance. And for the record I definitely don't see TA as victims in this....spin your words but don't think anyone's going to buy that your the victim here maybe BG but that's it.
With that said, you know me just as a lot of people do and that is I try to keep things fair, just and fun as much as possible. I don't believe In beating an alliance into the dirt, I don't believe in attacking an alliance that is a drastic underdog, I don't believe in attacking an alliance less than 10 days out of war, I don't believe in dirty spy ops, and I don't believe in attacking an alliance already at war(without just cause). Maybe I'm naive in thinking that TE can't be this way or that other people don't feel the same way.
I really don't have anything bad to say about this war other than the same thing anyone else would say if the roles were reversed, and that is TA just got out of a war just days prior to this one. Now I understand this is reciprocating or even a retaliation for their past actions but as someone who has friends on both sides I hope things can be different in future rounds.

I would have thought that TA would have got at least a few more days out of war before they were attacked.
Regardless, this should be interesting to see how it pans out.

Since the amount lost in a Defeat Alert has been raised to cap
of 600k I believe, it now is almost never worth it to turtle. It was once an easy, viable strategy. But these days it pays to just stand up and fight.
True that, besides the fact your letting your team mates take a hit with out your help.....and with the underdog bonus or what ever it's called why would you not want to at least try.

PK, I know what your saying especially with the DT aspect of things....Truthfully I stand by Nick as he is actually in the same opinion as I am, and most definitely more honorable and ethical than DT could ever be. DT just has the ability to make people want to prove the BS wrong and reasons why DT should just stop!
DT sat and made false statements and accusations against TA when I knew several things first hand that were not true. On top of that, one specific
accusation that was made against TA was untrue and substantiated by CB himself in a message to me.
Short and sweet, Like Nick, and apparently now you, I got tired of the BS DT was spreading, the constant trolling and walls text that keep destroying topics and post.
Keeping it real though, this post is only fueling the fire and not necessary, although if it keeps DT out of the other threads I'm cool with it ;)
Why I'm even responding to this is beyond me, as I'm sitting here contemplating just erasing it all.....Screw it!
