Couple questions from an interested party shall we say...
I see no evidence, aside from your screenshots, that kurtcobain was ever at war with Gadzooka. Now this could be because peace has been declared and one or both nations have already deleted the war from their recent conflict list, but that does strike me as a bit odd. Perhaps I've got it wrong, though. Care to explain?
But...let's continue...
Wars at times get settled behind closed doors long before the participants are aware of it. As a result, shooting incidents are fairly common in the hours after peace is declared simply because someone didn't get the message. Since Gadzooka had not received any reps/reps offers from your alliance at any point prior to the incident in question, what proof is there that Gadzooka knew to peace out but didn't?
Why bring this up except in an effort to throw some lighter fluid on a thread that should now be dying?
First part, if that was not the war then there was only one war and OP was a lie.
One thing SLCB and Invicta can agree on I'm sure is that there were two wars.
Second part... I am about 99.9% certain Invicta is smart enough to message their nations too tell them to peace/accept peace.
If they DIDN'T.. maybe we can start a new thread!

I have highlighted (bold) a part of your statement above, I find it very interesting you would say that, it makes it sound as if he was given a list of alliances he could attack, to find the reaction of those said alliances.
IF he indeed just randomly attacked people surely you would not know who he would and would not attack, unless this was cleared by the SCLB Government ?.
Who knows maybe this is nothing, or maybe this is just the start of something bigger but one thing is for sure, IN the end it is alliances like yours that look shameful and remembered for it.

Imma post a small part of logs that should clear that part up. What I mean is, it's no secret there's tension between us. Kurt probably thought "lol this will be funny" and attacked.

Also for reference SLCB policy is no aa with more than one person. If that's broken, said person gets a warning, next is ban from raiding.. and if that is broken, I assume they are expelled from SLCB.

The wording in that shows that SLCB is unwilling to pay any kind of reps, no matter the amount.
Don't need to be in a context when it is stated so bluntly.
Actually I realize exactly why I figured it hadn't mentioned reps before.Because reps are denied apparently before they were even mentioned.

No timestamps therefore any remarks about how long we took don't count.

His logs show what has been said until you release something countering it, I will continue to belief those logs are real and truthful.
Sure. Well they never asked us for reps apparently. It's not even in the logs. I have no idea what this thread is even about. Maybe it's a joke thread.

You're right. We lied. Clearly the OP has full logs.. All.. 8-10? (cbf to go check) lines.
Also, issue is done with. What would we gain? Anyone who's ever had a diplomatic discussion should facepalm until they lose whatever remaining braincell(s) they have if they think Invicta posted anywhere near full logs.

You ask that question as though you have been embarrassed by the revelation of the incident. Guessing at Invicta's motives for a moment it would seem they can call this, "mission accomplished".
To answer your question, Fark would have been paid, therefore this announcement would never have occurred. Had they not been paid, they wouldn't have shrugged it off...as to what else would have followed, I'm guessing you would have liked the outcome even less than a OWRP thread.
My point is just saying putting other alliances in this situation would change everything. Maybe they would have been more understanding and given us time to sort it. Maybe they would have said reps were so small they don't even care. Personally I don't know Fark. More likely since we have nothing going on with them Kurt wouldn't have attacked them.
True. They did pay, but I'm still positive this could have been resolved behind closed doors.But you know FOK are the evil puppetmasters right, we are all orchestrating this

Ask yourself this...
If it had been Fark (or some other similar alliance) and not Invicta involved in the incident, would you have paid the $6 mill? I think we already both know the answer.
As for Invicta starting this thread, I can't say I blame them. $6 mill/$500 k/whatever the damages were isn't worth a major war--and that is exactly what would have happened had they come to collect it in blood. It is worth mentioning in a press release for the information of the rest of Planet Bob. So here we are.
Had it been Fark would they have made this announcement?

Oh, this is the OPs tl;dr:
We needed a month and 1000+ nations to take our senate seat back, but we're giving in to an alliance with less then a 100 members. Look at us.

SLCB didn't give us reps for a member who attacked us. Yep.. Well that's it.. Aren't they bad? Some people would do something but NOT US!

we told them we weren't paying the amount they said. we didn't just say OMG NO.

Do you see the difference? Since no one has seen fit to acknowledge they're disingenuousness the last two times I've pointed this out I'll assume you can't.
The first version says only members of Poseidon will be supported for the purple senate. The second version says PEACE only signatories will be included in the rotation.
It's really not hard to see that the story being told by Stickmen that we changed to the treaty to exclude them is in fact exactly the opposite.
No one is trying to control senate seats. Purple Unity has said from day one that Stickmen have every right in the world to run and win a seat. The only issue has been their methods.
We support their right to elect anyone they can as well. We also reserve the right to elect whomever we can. The difference is we try and respect other alliance's wishes when they specifically ask not to be involved.
Sure, we'd need to wait six months though. I'm impatient.
Our methods are more successful.
