  1. I see, so you're one of those who likes to act tough, yet always fails to provide. Very well then, but I am terribly sorry to have to say this, however, I really don't care that much about you.

Now, tell me, what does this is anyway have to do with the recently resolved situation between BTA and iFOK? Do you have any comments on the conclusion, or are you merely going to try and provoke a conflict between our respective alliances? If that is the case then I am going to have to politely ask you to refrain from doing so. It has no place here.

I mean a conflict has just been averted and here you are trying to start another. I expected better from you.

This isn't about BTA and MHA. this is about you and MHA. None of us like you, and I've no problem picking a fight with you. We don't care about BTA, we leave them alone, they leave us alone. But you RV, you create conflicts. So either follow up your insults with some action, or shut the hell up

  2. Dump some of that infrastructure and tech and you should be in my range soon enough. When you do get around to doing that, feel free to attack me. I mean, why should I attack you? Just so I can get pummeled by your alliance? I feel no reason to do that unnecessary move, as it neither benefits myself, nor does it defend the honor and sovereignty of my alliance. Since you are the one who will not drop this issue, I can only assume that it means something to you to attack me. I must have upset you, no?

Oh man, I was hoping you would man up and go through with it.

  3. Oh, that's perfectly fine with me. I don't like you either, and this might come as a surprise to you, but I am not here to make friends. Quite frankly I could care less you or your alliance thinks of myself or the BTA. We've done well enough without your well wishes.

Now, could you please take your crying elsewhere. I come to a conclusion agreeable to everyone yet still you find a need to complain. I will hear no more of this nonsense. I am a very busy man you know.

Tis a shame Sileath is out of your range, I would have like to see him shut you up.

Also, still waiting for that tech raid you promised to declare on me ;)

  4. Don't even think of trying to compare yourself to Denzin.

He was a great person person who gave his all to MHA and to the CN community.

All you do is provide entertainment for the masses on the OWF, with this thread. I hope they laugh hard into their popcorn, because this thread is a joke, just like you have become, emily.

  5. I completely and irrevocably retract my previous statement regarding my take on BTA/TAB history. This is not a retraction of MHA support, but merely a dismissal of my comments.

    Regarding BTA:

MD staged the coup. Simple as that.

    mdresponse.png

I did not intentionally lie to hurt the BTA, but rather posted my muddled and historically inaccurate recollection of the TAB reformation. At the time, I was grateful to MD for his sacrifice, but later became angered by him having left. This anger turned to hate, and it blinded me.

I still stand my sections of my announcement. Peace was always and option and people trying to flex their muscles should not have done so for the sake of it.

    To MD,

I called your honour into question by citing an inaccurate recollection of events. For this, I am sorry, and hope that the truth presented here clears your name of any accusations that you betrayed the original BTA.

I apologise to BTA and TAB for making this mess worse, and as such I promise to not interfere in BTA-TAB relations anymore.

    Regarding BTA's entry into GWIII

    gatopiat.jpg

We copped a lot of flak for that. While I did know of it, I blamed MD for not publicising it. Not really his fault.

    Regarding logs:

[18:33] <SorumBeeblebrox[MHA]> However, the BTA is dead, and isn't coming back, and I wouldn't be surprised if TAB and ex-TAB were pissed about it.

01[18:33] <SorumBeeblebrox[MHA]> Did you know Voronov is back?

Logs weren't faked. It would appear a crappy IRC connection lead to the last line of the disputed logs never making it to MD.

Those who claim that the disconnection would have shown up in MD's logs: The disconnection would not show up if he didn't post during the couple of seconds where I reconnected.

    Final words

I stepped down as MHA triumvir last week. I'd like to clarify that it was not because of this issue.

Furthermore, I request that all blame be attributed to me, as none of this was the fault of any MHAer bar myself, and does not deserve to be tagged on to MHA's public image.

  6. Those quotes still say the exact opposite of your position now..

That's right. That was two months ago. And for two months, MD has made no attempt to smooth it diplomatically with TAB. I have full access to TAB forums - I'd know if he had given them a heads up. He came into this knowing that it would spark a conflict. That's not really the smartest way to run into this, and it changed my opinion on this alliance severely. When Carter started flexing invisible muscle, I'd had enough.

  7. At the end of GW3 it was more than apparent that the Blue Turtle Alliance would never have peace so long as I was in it. Due to that fact I issued my final order in the BTA. I issued an order to stage a fake coup to make it appear to the world that I had been ejected so that the first BTA could gain peace. There are many people who still play this game who can support this. Sorum was one of the people that the order was given to.

I damasked myself and had another admin ban my IP and user name from the BTA forums. BTA then went and posted that I was “Ejected” from the BTA so that peace talks could occur.

That is utter lies. Count Rupert, +Zeke+, and Zilla are all still around, and they know that's crap.

01[00:32] <Master-Debater[WE]{!@#$}> im reforming BTA in a month or so

    [00:32] <SorumBeeblebrox[MHA]> WIN

    [00:32] <SorumBeeblebrox[MHA]> SO MUCH WIN

[00:32] <SorumBeeblebrox[MHA]> I told Crush I wanted to do that xD

[00:32] <SorumBeeblebrox[MHA]> However, the BTA is dead, and isn't coming back, and I wouldn't be surprised if TAB and ex-TAB were pissed about it.

Nice of you to include the last line.

  8. Oh, and I should add that in two separate threads now, no one has been able to tell me why or how the government of TAB has more claim to the name than MD. Does no one want to field that seemingly very important aspect?

As I said in my OP, it's my opinion that when MD walked out on BTA during negotiations in GWIII, he forfeited all his rights to the alliance.

TAB has more ex-BTA than BTA does, btw.

  9. Part I

Going into GWIII, I was Consul of the Blue Turtle Alliance. I was MD's right hand man, and I worked hard with him to grow BTA. We were friends, and I went to war under the impression we had an ODP with GATO. Hah, turns out we got screwed by MD and his invisible treaty.

Left sitting in ZI as CIS pulled out a beatdown on us, MD walked out on negotations. In my mind, that abandonment of his alliance when it needed him most, leaves him no right to claim the AA now.

As I stepped in to negotiate for BTA (with the help of my co-reformers Count Rupert and +Zeke+, and general CN badass CptGodzilla), CIS demanded that MD be permanently banned from BTA. As BTA govt at the time, I signed off on this without hesitation. He deserved it. Since BTA simply changed their name to TAB, and was never disbanded, it makes sense that TAB would keep to the agreement made: that MD would not be allowed into BTA.

E-lawyering aside, MD simply does not deserve to remake BTA. He walked out on the alliance, leaving us to pick up the pieces. If Count Rupert, or even the current TAB govt wanted to remake BTA, I would back it in an instant. Because they put the work in to ensure that BTA/TAB stayed alive. They earned the right to choose to revert to the old alliance name.

BTA is more than just a name. It's an alliance of like-minded people who shares similar opinions on CN politics and how they want to play the game. That now resides in TAB. BTA is TAB.

At the end of the day, history has spoken. MD will run BTA into the ground just like he did the first time. But the matter at hand - should MD be allowed to reform BTA? Sure, he can reform it. But if TAB chooses to attack for it, he shouldn't have anyone but himself to blame.

    Part II

MHA have long been close allies of TAB, and stand strong in support of them. We hope that a peaceful resolution can be reached, even if Francesca can't help but hope for a war.

[23:10:45] <Francesca> I've had enough of boredom in CN.

[23:10:55] <Francesca> BTA needs to be attacked already.

[23:11:01] <Francesca> Then we'll put these new Karma values to the test.

This can be done without a FIREfight.
