At the end of the day, it's not MHA's place to meddle. Magicalbricks is in a unique position, as a hitchhiker AND a blue team senator. Acting as an ally of Sparta and in the interests of the blue team, he sanctioned RV. To say he's a rogue senator is nowhere near the truth. He's just a senator looking out for allies.

2 years, 7 months playing. 4 different nations (One rage-quit, one accidental deletion for inactivity, one reroll due to crappy resources)
Started in BTA. When we got smashed in GWIII we reformed into TAB. After 8 months in TAB I retired from CN politics and went to MHA. Founded Arctica, but rage-quit following that. Rerolled in to MHA, but didn't stay very long as I wanted to get out and try some other alliances out (at this point I was very much struggling to find an alliance that I felt at home in). Spent a little time in RoK before staying in STA for a couple months. Founded Pendulum with some friends but it failed to get of the ground as us leaders became burnt out. Accidentally went inactive over Xmas 08 and rerolled into NPO. After a month there I realised it really wasn't the sort of alliance I was used to and so I returned to MHA. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.
