Unfortunate to see war as a resolution under ANY circumstances. Why people feel the need to rebut such a simple and fair comment, I know not.

When you consider that most people used to think half the GPA would flee at the very first thought of war, I'd say a couple people crapping out is hardly worth mentioning.
If there is one area you can't turn propaganda against us, I would think it would be the loyalty of our membership in the conflict thus far, as it has disproven all former beliefs of what would happen.

You misuse the word loophole. Nice propaganda though. It is our law. It grants us the ability to choose whether or not to protect them. If they don't wear our AA, they will get attacked by rogues. It has been standard practice in the GPA for ages. I'm sorry if the NPO and Valhalla were ignorant enough to our laws as to assume that he was actually afforded the right of protection instantaneously. Maybe if people would ask first instead of assuming (little thing I like to call diplomacy), that wouldn't be appearing in any Casus Bellis. The fact that it is showing up in CBs simply makes me laugh, as it is the flat out, worst reason for war I've ever seen.

People need to read. That is a joke. He wasn't anything more than an affiliate on a probationary period while we did background checks. When the background checks showed he was on ZI lists, he was removed from affiliate status. We never offered him any protection from anyone. Stop acting as if we were. It is a blatant lie.

Well Mary, please, by all means, enlighten me. What is it you intend to get rid of? The answer to this is really what I've been wondering. I've yet to actually see an answer to this question.

Meh, well of course for the sake of showing respect to those attacking us, any propaganda I throw out will be pro-GPA and not anti-other alliances.
Anti-other alliances will always be more juicy of course. So it's not likely I can pull out any propaganda superior to that being put as anti-GPA.

Maybe you missed it, but I wasn't around the past four months Branimir. I'm not making excuses. I'm just saying that neutrality was never the problem nor a problem. There was never a lack of neutrality in our memberbase. We just had leaders fail us multiple times, myself included in the IRON event in October.
Ariana - I don't like the OWF that much, and I intend to stay neutral forever, long after this event is over. Despite what you may believe, you are wrong about that statement you made.

I spin nothing. Maybe you should get to know me a bit better before judging? I'm speaking from a voice that knows what the GPA is about and what it's intentions over the past months have been. Whether or not you choose to believe me is insignificant.
That said, I'm not going to bother retorting you anymore. We're being massacred. This is no war. It is an attempt at an execution. You are executing the one alliance that never intended to do you any harm, and never would do you any real harm. Congratulations.
That said, the GPA will not die. I can assure anyone of that. We will remain neutral long after you all try to bury the ideal as well.

You engaging in a series of unneutral actions = your neutrality being gone.
Us eliminating everything causing those unneutral actions = reiterating our neutrality.
This could go on forever.

I'm going to do the people voting in this thread a couple favors. I'm gonna narrow down your choices.
The GPA has no interest in taking a Viceroy and the GPA does not plan on disbanding. Go from there.
Also, voted that I'm too neutral fool.

Heh, I disagree. I think our quick action in the background check of Swampy after making him affiliate and a quick booting of him showed that we were tightinening up quite well. And yet somehow this positive event was twisted into some big time final screw up of the GPA. I'm missing that somehow. Still waiting for someone to explain that one to me.

The GPA's charter and government structure are not the problems. They never were. If changing those was our only scapegoat to avoid war, then I say attack away.
I've always had the utmost respect for Viridia, and I have a lot of friends in the alliance. With that spoken, I'm sad to see it has come to this. Do what you will.

Giving terms is an IC action. Response to said terms was an IC action.
People crying over the response need to find someone who cares to complain to. I am not that person. This is exactly the kind of action that BAPS took. Didn't do them so good either frankly. Let's hope that the GPA can grow up and accept their responsibilities.
I'm pretty sure if I intended these to be at all serious I would have posted them in the alliance politics section. Just a thought.

Ignorance is bliss.
The GPA affiliate status does the exact opposite of what you just said. It grants us the ability to protect nations by letting them temporarily use our AA while we examine their background. They are not guaranteed protection or membership into the GPA. Swampy was booted before becoming a member. He was just wearing our AA
Will you please just figure this out, as I've said it about 50 times on these boards, once being in Valhalla's very own DoW topic.
