It had a Chinese Seal and Stamp and handwritten by Premier Rorschach himself, it read- 28/December/2009 To: His Royal Highness Rama Varma, Government of Cochin, Kingdom of Cochin From: Premier Rorschach Government of China, PRC Respected Sir, It has been a while since PRC and the Kingdom of Cochin have had a diplomatic meeting. The last one ended on bad terms and it has made a warlike situation between our two nations. This tension has gone on long enough, and we are willing to put it aside with a diplomatic meeting between our two nations for common dialogue and a possible treaty. Respected Sir, A peaceful and friendly relationship between the Kingdom and the People's Republic has always been a dream for me. We are willing to engage in a diplomatic meeting to settle these trifles. Both nations have been enemies for far too long and have decided to put the past behind them. They put it behind them with the signing of this treaty. Article 1- Soveriegnity- Both nations agree not to interfere with the internal affairs of the nation, but may voice complaints about the Foreign Affairs. The governments of the KoC and PRC agree not to interfere with elections, government orders, ideology nothing of sorts. Both nations are sovereign. Article 2- Non-Aggression and Intelligence- The governments of KoC and PRC agree not declare war nor send secret operations to de-stabilize the countries. They agree to have not more then the minimum required of defense personal manning their respective borders. If either nation has intelligence about a threat to the other signatory, it is their duty to inform them. Article 3- Mutual Defense- If one signatory nation is attacked, it is the duty of the other signatory to send not only financial or moral support but also military aid. If not the spirit of this treaty is broken and the said nation shall be considered honourless. Article 4- Military Co-Operation- Both nations agree to share military intelligence and have a united command centre during war times. Weapons will be sold at 5% lesser prices. Military R&D may be shared if the nation leaders agree. Article 5- Economic Co-Operation- Both nations agree to improve trade. They agree to have preferences over their products in the markets then other nation products. They agree to share the profits and import duties shall be cut by 5%-10%. Article 6- Cancellation- This treaty may not be canceled without a mutual decision. The treaty cannot be canceled unless both nations agree. The treaty cannot be canceled during a war.
