Why cant Case Keenum even get mentioned?

You would think a Texas quarterback throwing up numbers like his would get some attention. WRONG! For some reason, ESPN won't even put Keenum of their watch list of QBs in Heisman contention, let alone even put him in the running. In 2008, Case Keenum led the nation in total offense and finished second in passing yards only to Texas Tech's Graham Harrell. In 2009, Keenum scored 48 total touchdowns and had 5800 total yards with a 154.79 passer rating.
