After quite a bit of work this morning attempting to find out what is going on, and a quick nap around 10 am, all I know is that TORN says they have a CB against OV the details of which aren't being released to anyone. Furthermore, all talks and attempts to provide mediation have been rebuffed with the statement that talks won't begin until an hour before update. At this point, we all assume that with half a dozen alliances in peace mode and no talks being done, that there's a high probably there is going to be a blitz at update, which is a huge problem since we have no idea what the CB is supposed to be. It's around this point that I decide to cancel our PIAT with TORN.
