"As long as it does not lead to an excessive need for power like it has in the past, we support the move and have no need to expand territory to those regions, and we thank you for accepting the Baja Peninsula as California. The UCS is saluted."

With the revolution now complete in California UCS forces would return to home. The FOB in the Chihuahua airport would be abandoned, and a new more permanent base would be established. The base would be created to house over a twenty thousand soldiers, although a permanent force of about 1,000 soldiers would be present except in times of crises. The base would come with its own airport, as well as radar and air defenses. Across the lands protected by the Marco, similar bases would be constructed in order to enforce the doctrine. Radars across the land would be brought back online and incorporated into Caribbean shield. In order to boost the nations defenses and allow for more flexibility, the military has been increased by seventy thousand men. Enough to create three divisions, two of which would towards enforcement of the Marco Doctrine and be deployed into central and southern America.

A new project has been unveiled by the UCS engineering sector, a highspeed highway/tunnel system is under construction to connect all the major islands of the nation. The tunnel will be constructed witn lightweight flexible alloys, allowing it to bend easily and survive even the strongest of earthquakes. Nanotechnology would also find its way into the construction, multiple layers of nanites would be put in place allowing for near immediate responses and repairs of any leaks that surfaced.
The tunnels will consist of an 8 lane highway, with on and off ramps connecting different tunnels where they intersect. A second floor would hold rail tracks for highspeed trains, though trains were rarely used anymore. The tunnels would also have advanced fiber optics setup to allow for easy monitoring of the tunnel system and to detect any problems that arise. As a last line of defense against flooding, blast shields will be strategically placed throughout the tunnels, which will respond immediately in the event of a breach and seal off the flooding section.
Construction will go on in three phases. Phase one would be the construction of Tunnels connecting Jamaica to Cuba, Hispanolia to Cuba, and Puerto Rico to Hispanolia.

Even with the recent growth in numbers in the armed forces, logistics were still coming up far short for the combined needs of enforcement of the Marco Doctrine and defense of UCS proper. A further 90,000 soldiers have been recruited, bringing the total number of troops to 230,000 soldiers.

(Public)
The first phase of the tunnel construction is going forward as planned and making excellent progress. Thanks to the project many new jobs have been opened up and the employment numbers are at an all time high, and is only predicted to grow as construction continues.

(1/7 Panama)
A further 70,000 soldiers have been trained and put into active duty, bringing the UCS military to 300,000 active personnel. 25,000 soldiers were sent to enter Panama and secure it. The UCS has held a presence in Panama for years now, and it was doubted that there would be much protest from the People's of Panama.

(1/7 Nicaragua)
Another 30,000 soldiers would be sent to Nicaragua, and would secure major cities and road ways. Like Panama, the people's of Nicaragua had grown accustomed to UCS presence and little if any resistance was expected. In both Panama and Nicaragua, integration into the UCS would begin.

(1/7 Costa Rica)
45,000 soldiers would enter Costa Rica, which had been free from any kind of foreign interaction since the days of Tikal. Intelligence has suggested that Costa Rica has descended into anarchy with several warlords controlling much of the regions land, resources, and military equipment. UCS forces would use extreme caution entering the region, it would only be a matter of time before they clashed with these warlords.

(2/7 Panama)
UCS troops met little resistance as they secured Panama. Any infrastructure that had been damaged would be repaired and engineers would ensure the people had running water and electricity. Equipment would begin shipping in, the first step was to replace the old power plants with new, advanced ones used in the UCS.

(2/7 Nicaragua)
Like Panama little resistance met the UCS protection force as they secured Nicaragua. The people would be provided everything they needed to continue their lives as normal, infact as the lands and people were integrated into the UCS many lives would be improved. A particularly aggressive disease had been ravaging Nicaragua but thanks to advanced UCS medical technology the Nicaraguans were given a fighting chance.

(2/7 Costa Rica)

As UCS troops approached San Jose, they quickly found themselves ambushed by local militants. Air support was called in to help crush the resistance, and a layer of jamming would fall over San Jose. Power plants and other infrastructures of stratgical importance would be hit and destroyed in preparation of the attack on San Jose where the warlords have consolidated their forces.

(3/7 Panama)
The replacement of the Panama Power grid was well underway, the blackouts which the local population had grown so accustomed to would become a thing of the past. Plans were also underway to overhaul the plumbing and irrigation systems in Panama, ensuring only the cleanest and safest of waters gets drinked.

(3/7 Nicaragua)
Thanks to medical supplies brought in hundreds of lives have been saved. The disease was unlike any encountered before, being incredibly resistant to even the strongest medicines. Thankfully, samples taken has allowed the programing of nanotechnology to target and eradicate the disease once it entered the patients body. While most of the nanites would deactivate and exit the bloodstream once the disease was removed, a few would remain ensuring reemergence of the disease was impossible.

(3/7 Costa Rica)
The attack on San Jose was an incredible success, much of the militant force surrendering in the face of the superior UCS forces. Several key leaders have been taken into custody to await trial. While the militants have been dealt a crippling blow, they were far from defeated. There were still more warlords to locate and pockets of resistance to quell.

(4/7 Panama)
Integration is moving forward, Panama now becoming part if the National ferry network. Power grid upgrades are nearing completion and plumbing upgrades are well underway. Plans are in the work for expansion of the Panama Canal aswell, the last major upgrade being from Tikal. This us expected to bring much work into the region and boost the local economy significantly.

(4/7 Nicaragua)
Cases of the unknown disease have nearly disappeared, only occasionally popping up in small backwater towns. Like in Panama the local power and plumbing grid would be upgraded to meet UCS standards. The Corporation Intelligent Systems, which leads UCS research in the medical, genetics, and computer fields is also setting up a lab in Nicaragua to study the recent disease outbreak.

(4/7 Costa Rica)
After a few brief skirmishes, local resistance has been put down and the Warlords are in custody. Damages would be quickly repaired as plans were laid down to upgrade the Power and Plumbing grids, like in the other regions.

All signs of local resistance have stopped and the civilians thank the UCS for freeing them from the corrupt rule of the warlords.
