Panama Nicaragua and Costa Rica are now annexed by the UCS.

(CNRPA) (Public) (Panama 7/7) Elections have been completed and the representatives selected. Panama is now an official state of the UCS, and will be incorporated into the defense network Caribbean Shield. (Nicaragua 7/7) The representatives have been voted in for Nicaragua. Nicaragua is now officially a state of the UCS and will also be integrated into Caribbean Shield. (Costa Rica 7/7) After the massive voter turnout, representatives have been selected. And of course, Costa Rica will be integrated into Caribbean Shield.

(CNRPA) (Public) (6/7 Panama) Expansion of the canal is now complete, the canal being increased by 30%. This is expected to cover for increased trade, as it is expected to rise. Elections are well underway with massive turnouts in votes (6/7 Nicaragua) Upgrades of power and plumbing is now complete. Elections in Nicaragua are also experiencing a large oevel of voter turnout. (6/7 Costa Rica) All damages have been fully repaired and upgrades to power and plumbing are complete. Costa Rica os experiencing the biggest voter turnout of all three regions, likely a result of being oppressed as they were.

Elections are being held across Panama to determine Senators and Representatives for the National congress. Upgrading of electric and plumbing grids have been completed. (Nicaragua 5/7) Like in Panama elections are being held across Nicaragua. Upgrading of Electric and plumbing Grids are nearing completion. (Costa Rica 5/7) Reconstruction and repairing of damaged infrastructure is moving forwad nicely, as is upgrading Power and Plumbing. Elections are also underway like in the other Regions. All signs of local resistance have stopped and the civilians thank the UCS for freeing them from the corrupt rule of the warlords.

Power grid upgrades are nearing completion and plumbing upgrades are well underway. Plans are in the work for expansion of the Panama Canal aswell, the last major upgrade being from Tikal. This us expected to bring much work into the region and boost the local economy significantly. (4/7 Nicaragua) Cases of the unknown disease have nearly disappeared, only occasionally popping up in small backwater towns. Like in Panama the local power and plumbing grid would be upgraded to meet UCS standards. The Corporation Intelligent Systems, which leads UCS research in the medical, genetics, and computer fields is also setting up a lab in Nicaragua to study the recent disease outbreak. (4/7 Costa Rica) After a few brief skirmishes, local resistance has been put down and the Warlords are in custody. Damages would be quickly repaired as plans were laid down to upgrade the Power and Plumbing grids, like in the other regions.

(CNRPA) (Public) (3/7 Panama) The replacement of the Panama Power grid was well underway, the blackouts which the local population had grown so accustomed to would become a thing of the past. Plans were also underway to overhaul the plumbing and irrigation systems in Panama, ensuring only the cleanest and safest of waters gets drinked. (3/7 Nicaragua) Thanks to medical supplies brought in hundreds of lives have been saved. The disease was unlike any encountered before, being incredibly resistant to even the strongest medicines. Thankfully, samples taken has allowed the programing of nanotechnology to target and eradicate the disease once it entered the patients body. While most of the nanites would deactivate and exit the bloodstream once the disease was removed, a few would remain ensuring reemergence of the disease was impossible. (3/7 Costa Rica) The attack on San Jose was an incredible success, much of the militant force surrendering in the face of the superior UCS forces. Several key leaders have been taken into custody to await trial. While the militants have been dealt a crippling blow, they were far from defeated. There were still more warlords to locate and pockets of resistance to quell.

The Iranian Prince would quietly take his seat as he waited for the meeting to begin.

The Prince shook the mans hand. "A word of caution, however. Some of the more... radical members of my nation may not be happy with this arrangement of ours." The Prince then motioned for one of his servants to show the Sheikh back to his bugatti, while the prince rushed to wash his hand.

"I can agree to these terms, however I would like to add one. You will be required to follow Iranian minimum wage and rights of workers laws."

The Prince thought for a moment. Was he actually considering this? "I'd prefer a board of owners, jointly chosen between the two of us. Oil exports will have to pay normal taxes, and the Iranian government gets 20% of all profits. Aswell, a small amount of oil produced, the number to be determined by my advisors, will need to go towards our National reserve." The Prince took another long sip of his drink. "These terms are open to some negotiations, of course."

He knew this was coming. He had a waiter pour him a cup of Arak, which he took a big gulp of before offering a cup to his guest. He may of hated the man, but he wasn't uncivilized. "The oil has been owned and worked by Iranians for years before, and will continue to be worked and owned by Iranians for years to come. While we are open to working with you, being allies" he shivered slightly "I assume your goals are a little more ambitious then that."

The Prince had been planning the construction of his new Palace when he heard word of the arrival of the Oil Sheikh. He had heard stories of the man, the richest of all in the Middle East. And the greediest. "Show our guests to the meeting hall." The Prince commanded. The Prince entered the meeting room shortly after, crown on his head and dressed in his finest suit. He made no attempt to hide the look of disgust on his face as he sat down on the opposite end of the table. He hated the fact that they were allied, though the alternative allies he hated far worse. "For what reason have you come here?"

"We thank you all for your words of support in these troubling times." -Roberto Garcia, Vice President "Christ, I said give me time to talk to Marco. I didn't think you'd kill him." Garcia was in his office talking quietly into his phone. "Yes I know what you have riding on this, but you've incurred the wrath of the Nation. I can't just let this tragedy slip, when I take the Presidency." Suddenly his face went white "What do you mean?" The other side hung up, and he dropped his phone. "Guards!" Two guards rushed into the room, they were on high alert after the recent attack. "We are going to see Alex." Garcia grabbed his coat and went to leave the room when there was a gunshot behind him. Garcia hit the floor as one of the guards shot him again. The second guard quickly grabbed the assassin, knocking the gun from his hand and knocking him to the ground. More guards rushed into the room, but the damage was done. Garcia was dead. And now there was no-one left to take the presidency.

Juans phone beeped. "Excuse me for a moment" he said while pulling it out. He stared at the phone for several minutes, a look of shock on his face. "I..." he stammered trying to regain his composure. "Our President has just been killed." He looked up at Ms. Andres "We will have to hurry this meeting along. Economic cooperation is definitely something we're open to, and the UCS has long stood against Foreign powers pushing their way into land they have no business being in. While our congress will have to vote on such an agreement for it to become official, I believe this is something we can agree to."
