"My name is Liska Atka, age seventeen, once generalissimo of Procinctia, today an international master of music. Spending all of her share of Procinctia Armament and/or business-in-exile blood money on a vanity project of unparalleled arrogant narcissism. To the best of my knowledge there was nothing like old Eurovision song contest for offering up a must-watch mix of good old state-funded entertainment and high camp. Least until Kaiser Martens decided to re-write maps in his image. I believe, however, we can resurrect Eurovision of previous age. My ambitions, however, aren't limited to merely one continent. I believe with a bit of grit we can surpass Eurovision completely in both scope and scale. One world, one vision, and thus Worldvision is born. As the Second World Congress really is dead. . . . . . I'm guessing that nobody is going to care about me borrowing their channels of communications. All of their channels of communications. I do this within my authority in self proclaimed chairman of Worldvision. Going to guess that Worldvision kind of represents the legacy of MyKeep. From a certain point of view of sorts. Certainly isn’t something unpleasant which would forever tarnish his legacy of peace. On that particular line of thinking I have unilaterally seized control of the World Congress Building. Meh, nobody else is using it for anything right now anyway. Rules of participation are particularly simple. Anybody in this little contest will be sending me a $35,000,000 fee to enter. Those who can't and/or will not be pay(ing) isn't entered Valid to any sovereign country that currently exists. Followed by deploying a musical act live to World Congress Building and preform. All of the performances will be simulcast internationally with an eighty second-ish delay for censors. (Oh, and please consider giving me a 5% cut of your profits) People around the world vote on their favorite acts. Votes of each nation are scaled equally to votes of all other nations. Those with lowest votes are booted from contest. Two nations with most votes will go for a final "special" round. Winner of that is crowned victor and undisputed master of the music. With the disclaimers cleared. . . Preliminaries of Worldvision are opening. Music for everyone! For those about to rock, we salute you." Liska Atka, former Generalissimo of Procinctia

"For those of you just now tuning in. . . My name is Liska Atka, age seventeen, former head of state, master of ceremonies for tonight, certainly the generalissimo of your hearts. Self proclaimed chairman of Worldvision by the authority I arbitrarily made for myself. Broadcasting live straight in your homes from a slightly revitalized former World Congress building. Previous round was a spectacle beyond comparison. If you missed it please buy that on 35 mm film, Compact Disk, Betamax, VHS, DVD, BlueRay, or flash drive from Liska Atka on telegraph/phone/internet/mail right now. Many great acts by great nations came but only two managed getting to semifinals. Bear Islands' Nation of the Bear with Bear Islands' Nation of the Bear with Eddy Arnold and "Smokey the Bear" and Sierra Leone with Elbow and "Leader of the Free World" Sadly recent destruction of Sierra Leone just yesterday somewhat hinders their advancement. I said hinder because Sierra Leone remains in the competition. Sierra Leone has produced a second act. Music-In-Exile! Bear Islands' Nation of the Bear isn't giving up here tonight. Sticking with an ongoing bear theme with "Bear Necessities" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08NlhjpVFsU) in a live stage performance by Wonga Phillip "Phil" Harris. Despite his being 104 years old he's going to still get back up for a song - unprecedented age in a musical contest of this nature. Bear Islands' Nation of the Bear versus Sierra Leone Whose Music Reigns Supreme?" Liska Atka, former Generalissimo of Procinctia

http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?/topic/122118-worldvision-preliminary-entries-international-music-and-song-contest/ "For those of you just now tuning in. . . My name is Liska Atka, age seventeen, once generalissimo of Procinctia, today an international master of music. Arguably the generalissimo of the Worldvision broadcasting live today from the old long forgotten World Congress building. Today we had a spectacularly awesome set of performances like nothing else. Of course hardest parts of a contest like my little vanity project is choosing a winner. Hence why I leave that decision firmly in your capable hands. Vote for a winner in this musical spectacle of unparalleled international scope. Bottom half the votes will be completely eliminated. Survivors continue to round two! Just a bit of the basic ground rules again. All of the performances will be simulcast internationally with an eighty second-ish delay for sensors. (Oh, and please consider giving me a 5% cut of your profits) People around the world vote on their favorite acts. Votes of each nation are scaled equally to votes of all other nations. Those with lowest votes are booted from contest. Remaining nations will remain eligible for a single additional song or act. Additional rounds voted on until just one country remains. That nation is crowned victor of and undisputed master of the music. Any questions? Send me a check for eight dollars and I'll reply near eventually. Send me say around forty-ish thousand in cash and I'll answer the question here on air. I now present entries for preliminary voting~!" Liska Atka, former Generalissimo of Procinctia

Here we go: http://cnib-group.com/bros/index.html You can stream and download it there BE WARNED THERE IS OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE PEPPERED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE BROADCAST AND AROUND 4.5 TO 5 HOURS IN PEOPLE STOP ASKING QUESTIONS SO WE START TALKING ABOUT RANDOM CRAP So people keep querying me telling me "BROOOOS DO A RADIO SHOW FOR THE WAR" Well I was tired two nights ago so I didn't do it. Last night I was busy with the MK Server. So tonight's the night. starting at 9 PM Eastern (8 PM CN Time), bros will go on the air in #CNIB on coldfront. Music will play for an hour and a half (or so) Then around 10 PM CN time, we'll begin talking. Who will be on the show? Whoever I can wrangle on skype. Probably a bevy of MK members and people who no longer play CN, so for the part of the show tonight discussing the war, why not have some people from all sides of the web/war come on? So, whoever is going to be on from around 10 PM CN time (11 PM Eastern) to around 12:30 AM CN Time (1:30 AM Eastern) from any alliance and wants to come on skype i.e. come on the radio, query me on IRC, or post in here. Be warned, the entirety of the show will NOT be about CN. We will discuss the war and answer any questions you guys may have about virtually anything (even what our favorite lunch meat is, if you wish to know). The discussion is completely listener driven. If suggestions are not given, we WILL start talking about random crap We will also be playing games with our listeners, such as Cards Against Humanity and Board Game Online. Maybe we'll play some scrabble too, who knows. For those who cannot/don't want to use IRC, I will be posting the streaming details in this topic right around when I get on the air. EDIT: THE INFO ON HOW TO TUNE IN IS ALREADY IN #CNIB TIMETABLE: 8 PM CN Time (9 PM Eastern, 6 PM Pacific, 2 AM GMT) - Show starts (Music Portion) Approximately 9:30 PM CN Time (10:30 PM Eastern, 7:30 PM Pacific, 3:30 AM GMT) - Music Ends, talking begins 12 AM CN Time (1 AM Eastern, 10 PM Pacific, 6 AM GMT) - Update Approximately 2 AM CN Time (3 AM Eastern, 12 AM Pacific, 8 AM GMT) - Show ends (Bros needs to sleep) TUNE IN HERE: Open a media player of your choice Click File Open URL Enter http://50.116.56.164:8001 into the box into the box Click OK You should be tuned in YOU CAN ALWAYS TUNE IN ON ANDROID AND iOS DEVICES

So for a while, Planet Bob hasn't really had a radio. CNIB started out strong, then fizzled out when people didn't get as high a listener count as some of the more popular Radio Personaliities of CN (Brehon). Bootleg was consistently strong, but didn't have the constant programming of CNIB, which left something to be desired. So back in March/April, Bros and Brehon began tossing around the idea of a merger of the radios, which eventually lead to CNIB being absorbed by Bootleg, because of the infrastructure already in place for Bootleg Radio. It's taken a while, and quite a bit of preparation, but now Brehon and Bros are proud to announce the grand reopening of Bootleg Radio. We have a 24/7 AutoDJ playing whatever random music Brehon and I felt like uploading at the time, so please give us suggestions as to what to upload. Tune in at http://bootlegmedia.com:8000/index.html?sid=1 and join us in #bootleg for a good time! We are currently looking for: DJs Graphic Artists Vocal Personalities (Think doing little commercials/spots for the station) Creative Personailities (To write Gaming News Articles and create the commercials/spots. You don't have to be able to do both, but it would be appreciated) tl;dr Bootleg is back and better than ever. We have vacanies in all positions, so come to our shiny new forums at http://bootlegmedia.com (click on the logo)

War Songs of an Equilibrium proportion.
TheEskimoPrince posted a blog entry in Ramblings of a Prince.
Chances are when you get onto your computer you pull up your favorite music. Chances are you are either involved in or have seen whats going on in Planet Bob as far as the Equilibrium war. See a post that ignites a lyrical explosion? Got a song that fits an alliance to a T? Maybe you've just got a bad ass song you play when dropping nukes. Listen to pants on the ground when you put boots on the ground in a new declaration? Post it here for all to hear!- 8 comments
