I am flabbergasted by how difficult this TC has been to get off the ground. It's [i]eight[/i] bonus resources plus unbelievable economic modifiers -- hell, for most people it would double their nation income. Yet it's been nothing but a hassle. Someone says they will join, then drops out, another one doesn't answer PMs, another gets sick of waiting and finds a new circle, etc., etc. Aaarrgh!
