ENCRYPTION COMPLETE TO THE GDR, As of late, the world has grown rather mysterious with its innovative and clamming technologies. I, myself, consider myself an innovator, though a private one at that. You can call me Kiriku, but don't let the name fool you. Just bear that in mind. As a private individual, and innovator, my resources can only expand so far due to not having the direct funding of a government account. Rather recently, several of my scientists discovered the potential of ElRA, or Electric Reactive Armor. In fact, we have even design a prototype system. As you must be aware, as a civilization full of scientists whom pride themselves on trend-breaking ingenuity, the applications of Electric Reactive Armor would be an invaluable asset for armored vehicles ad optimum. It is with this communique that I request a joint project on this military application, though of course in secret. This may seem shady and rather ominous, but I will say that I am a friend of a friend and nothing more. If you would like, I'd be willing to meet in person; my identity can only be revealed by my name, so I am not worried about the revelation of my face. Please respond accordingly. Sincerely, Kiriku, your friend of a friend of Bavaria DATA ENTRY RECORDED ... ... 100% DATA FILE CORRUPTION ... ... Lynneth
*Classified* "Data transfer incoming." "Source?" "Anonymous." "Nothing is anonymous. Trace it back." "On it. Guy's good." "Hurry, Link's gonna cut soon." "Ah, damnit. That's not enough time. Just got to a proxy server in North America." "Nowhere near the real origin, I'd assume. And if he's good enough, he'll use a different path next time." "Yeah. Let's send the message to High Command." ___________________________ The message was received, and a response drafted.
Mister Kiriku, As it happens, we're working on ELRA armour ourselves at the time, but are currently unable to make great leaps in actually building prototypes and the like. We would gladly cooperate with you to create a functioning prototype ready for mass-production. A personal meeting between you and representatives of ours would be most beneficial for this cooperation, as working with someone who is unknown is, as you might imagine, very shady and requires much caution lest we accidentially supply terrorists with advanced technology. State when and how you'd like to meet with us. Regards, Fjodor Leclerc
SpacingOutMan
A letter was sent to the GDR:
I personally prefer being dynamic, and perhaps this practice is better traceable. I am currently sailing en route through the Mediterranean (this letter was sent two weeks ago), so if you would be so nice as to pick me up outside the principality of Corsica owned by the Sicilian League, I will be standing out like a sore thumb. Something about a bright orange sail. Sincerely, Kiriku
Lynneth
On receipt of the letter, a ship would immediately be sent to Corsica, only to arrive perhaps a day or two later. On board was a Lieutnant of the NPA, on the lookout for a ship with orange sails - upon finding it, they'd move as close as they could without ramming it. SpacingOutMan
Kiriku simply waved the ship down and edged the ship alongside the larger vessel. Banging on the side, he shouted, "Oy! Throw down a ladder!"
Lynneth
A ladder was quickly lowered, letting the man get on board of the Volksmarineschiff. Once he was on board, they'd sail back to Koper Harbour, while Kiriku was given one of the two rather nice passenger's cabins.

Lynneth
"Same time we needed to get here; About two day," answered the first mate, who happened to be that 'closest guard'. "I'll show you your cabin." ________________________ Two rather boring days, but at least there was a television with almost 200 channels in the cabin. After docking in Koper Harbour, would be escorted off the ship, where an armoured jeep was waiting already. Within were a driver and an NPA officer. SpacingOutMan
Kiriku quietly entered the vehicle without asking any questions and smiled at the NPA officer, but still remained silent.
Lynneth
The vehicle would move to the Koper Airport, from where a relatively small plane would bring Kiriku to a minor military airport in the alps. Here, representatives from the GDR were waiting on the runway, clad in warm cloaks and the like. Kiriku was given a coat. "Welcome in the GDR. I hope the journey wasn't too bad," said one of them. In the background were several helicopters.
SpacingOutMan
Shivering a bit, Kiriku simply smiled in response. "Not at all. Such a wondrous region, I must admit!" he exclaimed as he entered the vehicle.
Lynneth
"We're in the alps, after all. The landscape is great, if you have the time looking at it. Now, you were saying you'd like to co-develop ElRA with us, yes?" He motioned towards the helicopters. "If that is the case, I'd like to help you to our #1 research location here in the alps. It's not very far, half an hour by helicopter at most. What do you say?"

That is a rather admirable trait, or at least in my book. That is my intent here, among all else. ElRA and its residing technologies have very, let's see interesting, concepts that open up a wide field of unforeseen technologies. From an innovator to a country of innovators, I know that this bait is more than enough for you to bite," Kiriku explained as he chuckled a bit. Lynneth
"Well, we've been trying to develop ElRA already, but haven't been too successfull. No prototypes yet, only theories and the like. I'm sure you'll be able to aid our scientists quite well and that this cooperation will lead to good results. Now, if you'd follow me?" He smiled, then walked over to the choppers, expecting Kiriku to follow him without question. Should the man do so, the vehicles would take off and fly towards the Ultor complex, landing in a hangar in the side of the mountain. Once there, the scientist would be led through the complex, given an ID card, security would be explained to him and he'd meet fellow scientists, especially those who were working on the ElRA already. If asked, they'd of course show him their current research. Promising, but nothing definite.
SpacingOutMan
Nodding, Kiriku simply replied, "If I could see your top scientist or whoever is running this operation, I'd gladly reveal everything I know."
Lynneth
"Of course, of course. not a problem at all." The man smiled and took out a mobile phone, calling someone - presumably the leading scientist of the ElRA project. A few minutes later, an elevator opened and the leading scientist of the project walked out of it, a Norbert Falkner. "Mr. Kiriku, hello. It's good to meet you. I was told you could contribute to our ElRA project, yes?" Falkner extended a hand, smiling.
SpacingOutMan
"Aye, I can," he casually remarked.
Lynneth
Falkner nodded. "If you'd follow me, then? I'll make sure you get access to all of the resources allocated to this project as well as whatever information we've gathered until now." From here, they would go into the deeper parts of the complex, laboratory H-12F, to be exact, where all the ElRA research was done. The compound was evidently quite massive, looking at the designations.
