Zoot Zoot Posted March 10, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 10, 2010 Queen Elizabeth today announced that the United Kingdom of Great Britain shall be joining ISAF. In other news, the British fleet took up their posistions off the coast of Wales today and began sailing towards the territorial divide between Drakoria and Great Britain. The Admirality has declared that" [b]"since Drakoria has closed their borders to us, we will not allow their shipping to pass through the Lyscan Sea in British Waters."[/b] The Ministry of Defence, has also announced that Bomber Command will be running 24/7 Combat Air Patrols around Great Britain in the event that Drakoria escalate the situation by militarising their border with us. A ministry spokesperson had this to say: [b]"Great Britain shall not be the first to initiate hostilities, and we shall not be the first to militarise the border with them. Zoot Zoot Posted March 12, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 12, 2010 A recent Poll in regards to the naval blockade agianst Drakorian shipping entering the Lyscan sea via British waters has shown that 87% of the population think it was the best course of actions in retaliation to their sanctions declared against us by their previous Government. 73% are in support of the 24/7 Bomber command C.A.P's taking place around Great Britain and its Islands and say it makes them feel safe knowing that if Drakoria intiates hostilities we can strike back without to much fuss. The Royal Airforce has also enacted aerial blockade on all Drakorian aircraft passing through our airspace to get to places such as Estovakia or Alba.
