Do not send fake system reports of any kind including fake battle and peace offer reports. Do not use any form of mass messaging script to send mass messages to other users in Cyber Nations. Do not use any form of software with this messaging system. Do not spam other members inboxes. Why did it let me do that? And did those last 13 actually receive their messages?
