Kaiser Martens
Perhaps unexpectedly, after classified talks and rumored negotiations, the Soyuz Belarusi i Moldovye and Germany have struck an agreement regarding the relations between both lands, which have been normalized after the long standing White Ruthenian blockade. The pact, signed by the German Government has been shown to the world, consisting in a MDP with an Optional MAP factor, in which it is stated that if Belarus were to undo the agreement (Within a 72 hour frame), they would withdraw their claims to a port which they have been granted: Windau, in the Lettland region. A relatively small city-port which will be used as a base of their Navy, which is being constructed by a German team also as part of this protocol. The area has already been limited with wire fences, and the German-Nordlandic population has been paid to move out, something which the majority accepted to. This continues as a part of the set of changes which have been addressed to as "Die Wende", starting with the removal of Tanzband. The Belarussian delegation will now ratify the treaty, and Europe will move closer to unity.
comrade nikonov
The Belarusian Delegation signs this agreement. Ventspils, as Windau is called in Latvian, now will be the proud home to a Belarusian naval base. In addition, we propose that we finance construction of a highway to Ventspils from Belarus. Although the highway will be open to civilian German traffic as well, we believe a light toll is fair for maintenance.
Kaiser Martens
The plans are being made, and in 24 hours, when approved, materials will be moved and construction will be made. We will show you the plans too, so you can begin constructing at Belarus. We'll build-race you to the middle point!
comrade nikonov
I believe that is in order. To Вентспилс (Vendspils)! Meanwhile, a delegation of Belarusian administrators has been flown to Ventspils on a prototype Be-2500, carrying trucks full of Belarusian accomodations. Ventspils will be flying the flag of Belarus upon a proper exchange of sovereignty later in the week.
