JEDCJT Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 New English Dominion Treaty Article IIn the name and spirit of this treaty, to be named the New English Dominion Treaty, both signatory nations agree to promote free trade between the each other, whenever and wherever possible. This includes, but is not limited to, lessened tariffs and as such. Each signatory agrees to provide economic assistance to the each other should it be needed. Article II Both the Republic of New England and the Old Dominion shall agree to solve any disputes through diplomatic channels, and shall not resort to any form of aggression. Article III The undersigned do agree to establish a military base on all of the undersigned's soil, to be considered territory of the garrison's nation of origin. The garrison should not exceed five-hundred personnel. Outside of the garrison, all personnel are subject to the host nation's laws and customs. Article IV Should any signatory of this treaty deems it prudent to cancel their signature(s), a 96-hour notice shall be given.
