Our factories, and depots can offer a wide range of small arms, mobile units, aircraft, and so on, made to order. In the longterm we could arrange arms deals with the citadel, however in the short term our organization is willing to aid your cause and your nation in the form of direct gifting. For obvious reasons we would prefer this remains a private matter.

We would like to request any stealth models of cruise missiles which you are currently equipped with, along with appropriate guidance systems for nuclear weapons and mobile launchers. Additionally we would like top of the line portable communications gear with your best encryption devices and frequency hoppers. We would like top of the line portable air defense weapons which are capable of shooting down stealth aircraft and those with advanced jamming. In monetary aid, we require about 4 billion, preferably in offshore accounts in jurisdictions not subject to the meddling of major imperialist powers.

We have compiled the requested equipment which is to be smuggled into your nation within the week. In order to ensure our own deniability in the matter cruise missile technology has been pulled from other tested and effective models which have not been released to the public or put into active use. (Any record of them outside of their sealed file has been purged) This will give the appearance of the weapon being your own original design, or the design of some unknown organization/group. We have moreover acquired a series of similarly untraceable launchers and guidance systems. Top of the line communications equipment has been sent along with requested evasion devices. Finally in regards to military aid the requested anti-air infantry systems have been sent, along with a package of small arms, and infantry weapons.

The requested monetary aid in the amount of 4 billion has been transfered into a series of offshore accounts, the trace of which will simply lead back to a collection of shell cooperations located around the world. It should be out of the reach of any prying governments or super powers. I would suggest of course that you make your own arrangements to move it into banks you trust. That being said if you are interested in making any future arrangements or deals let us know.
