MercyFallout
From the Office of the Ministry of Tourism For some time, the nation of Korea has been undergoing massive infrastructure overhaul and the construction of super sky-scrapers. The Ministry of Tourism is most pleased to announce that all of the projects announced some time ago have been completed and all buildings have been cleared through rigorous safety inspections and are now open for use. In addition, the KTX High Speed Rail Network is expanding to cover all urban centers on the mainland and an undersea tunnel to Cheju-do Island is under construction. Within the next few years, KTX is slated to completely overtake the rail networks in the Empire and all "slower" forms of rail transportation will be either scrapped or used for the transportation of cargo only. Subtleknifewielder
"We congratulate the Koreans on successfully completing these endeavors. Many of our citizens had already expressed an interest of touring your nation once these were finished, so expect a number of tourists over the next few months."
