The Toastorians believed that with every new era came a new leader who was to spread the word of faith and lead his/her people to said faith. Their where many past failed attempts to try and form a nation but it wasn't until the year 2009 that a nation was formed independent from Buryatia and The Soviet Empire of Toastoria Was Formed.
