Sorry, but your technology level or infrastructure level is not high enough to purchase cruise missiles at this time. You currently have a technology level of 54.93 and need at least a technology level of 15. You currently have an infrastructure level of 100.00 and need at least an infrastructure level of 100. You do not have enough infrastructure, technology, or money to purchase aircraft at this time. To purchase the most basic aircraft you need at least 100 infrastructure, 30 technology levels, and more than $9,600.
