OTTOTTO Posted August 23, 2009 Report Share Posted August 23, 2009 Hi, found that changing the government from transitional to revolutionary increaes number of citizens - whereas i expected, that it should decrease due to loss of land. Though it would be easy to believe so, since land provides a bonus of 0.2 citizens/mile.
