Californian Posted August 11, 2009 Report Share Posted August 11, 2009 A medium sized white plane with the words Groenlandia Ministry of Foreign Affairs rolls down the runway of the Imperium of Poliz's capital. Minister of Foreign Affairs Steingrímur Vilhjálmsson walks out of the plane, followed by an entourage of aides. Imperium of Poliz Posted August 12, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 12, 2009 On the runway itself, Steingrímur Vilhjálmsson is met by what seems to be half of the Foreign Affairs Canton staff, and ahead of them all stands Tarantius Yeltzin, his hand outstretched, and an almost comically stretched smile on his small face. "Welcome to Isawawar, Mr Vilhjálmsson. We have a car ready to take you to your hotel now, or we could go straight to the Capitol and begin negotiations now, if you feel so inclined." Rest can wait for later, right now I am prepared to begin the negotiations." Vilhjálmsson readjusted his ushanka and pulled out a small whiskey bottle from one of the many inside pockets of his large fur coat. He took a hearty swig and offered some to his peer before putting it away. He smiled and then got into the car behind the Foreign Affairs delegation.
