This document is automatically to be unsealed and made public in the event of the collapse of all order in Promised Land. Until then it is to remain under lock and key.

Know full well that subtle analysis has indicated that even in the height of a civil war, should any military forces, ally, neutral, or enemy, other than our own come to our soil looking to battle either side, the warring factions will unite and attempt to drive out the invaders. Despite immigration being free, those that come are those showing some degree of mistrust to outsiders.

The sole exceptions to this would be forces from our own allies in the Australasian Coalition, namely, the Hanseatic Commonwealth, the Dragonisian State of the Dragon Empire (not the Dragon Empire as a whole), or New Cymru. Each, through unique circumstances, is trusted by and large by the general population.

The Hanseatic Commonwealth is seen as a shining example of peace and prosperity. Their charismatic Lady Protector, Lady Sarah Tintagyl, is seen as the very personification of the dream for world peace, and it is believed she would treat our citizens with the same degree of respect as her own.

Dragonisia is looked upon wiith a degree of pride, like a parent admiring how their child has matured into a full, responsible adult, despite their mistakes, and despite any flaws. Their trust in us even when we have made our own mistakes was, and still is, a large factor in building the trust that is invested in them.

New Cymru was a treatied ally long before any of the others, back even before the old Oceanic Pact. The City of Melbourne is shared equally by theirs and our own citizens, protected equally, and governed equally. The general mixture and trust shown in Melbourne has trickled out into the the rest of the nation, aided in no small part by the fact that we knw that even agianst long odds, if the cause was just, they would still defend us.

Unfortunately, though an ally and having sprung from the Hanseatic Commonwealth, Aiginor has not yet reached the same level of trust throughout the populace. Perhaps this, too, will change in time.

Therefore, in the event of total collapse, the lands will be put under the jurisdiction of the three listed powers, to do with as they see fit, whether it be annexation in part or whole, or simply an administrated region, held in Protectorate status until such a time as a new nation arises from the ashes.

Should one of these nations no longer exist themselves, the decision still stands that the remaining powers take over guardianship of all territory, both land and maritime posessions.

At this present time the only persons authorized to see this document are the current rulers of each of the three, and Subtleknifewielder himself.

OOC: No, this does not mean I plan on quitting any time soon. This is just contingency in case I get banned, suspended, or in the event I do eventually quit.
