Sure enough when i went to go look, it was changed to 33% for the reason of spy slot filling. now weather or not this will make a difference, is another quetsion, but the reason i did fill my spy slots is becasue the player I was spying on asked me to do so. And i have proof. I just thought that i would get that out there to the game moderators. i will be happy to provide a link if you PM me.
