What's happening with that? Or is it just me?

I'd say this is somewhat urgent because today at about 8:30pm CN time someone is going to reply to my post and get only a portion of the Sanction Race and will surely make things quite weird in the Sanction Race thread as people go "That's odd, I quoted AE's post and I only get a bit of it - what's going on?!"
