Since the global radiation is so bad, I chose Environment...but it never changed. So I pretty much lost out all the way around. Is there is reason why I didn't get the +2 enviroment? Count Rupert Posted May 10, 2009 Report Share Posted May 10, 2009 Probably because your environment is already the best it can be. The best an environment can be is 1+GRL. You event does not affect the penaly imposed by the GRL, it only affects your environment which if it's already at 1, means it will remain unchanged. You have 3 border walls. If you have them solely to improve your environment, the event means you can now delete 2 of them and still retain your 1+GRL environment. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
