starting a new alliance

I would like to start an alliance. Although I am not completely familiar with how to operate invisionfree. And I am not good enough of a writer to write a charter. Thats why I am posting this.

If anyone wants to help me form an alliance, write a charter, and make a home page for the alliance, then please respond. If you do this you will get a high position in the government.

I don't think you're big enough to start an allience. You don't have the know how like you say. I advise you stay in your current allience till you get big and get the know how.

nonsense, you don't have to be big to start your own alliance. Although, you should be prepared for your alliance to see very little growth. And, little alliances tend to be the targets of tech raids, so be careful. What you do need to figure out though, is what you want your alliance's ideals to be. You can't begin to write a charter if you don't know that.
