Chancellor Pikachurin said that "There is no solid evidence of global warming" during a session in the Parliament of Disparu. He also said that "Refusing to sign the bill will help our economy grow since we won't have strict regulations. We should expect an increase in citizen income." The controversial action has brought negative attention to the Government. Chancellor Pikachurin replied by encouraging the residents and businesses of Eterna to turn off their lights and other electrical equipment at 8:30 PM for one hour. Residents in Eterna are calling the event "BobHour" even though the Chancellor claims that he is doing this for Eterna's deteriorating electrical grid. "I'm quite sure that he's doing this because he actually cares about the environment." says a local resident of Eterna. The Government is now advertising the event.
