Mutual Aggression and Defense PactPreamble Confucianism and West Virginia hereby sign this MADP in the hopes of strengthening the bond of friendship between their nations. Article 1: Non-Aggression Both West Virginia and Confucianism agree to not attack each other, militarilly or politically. Both agree that their armed forces will never make war against one another, now and forever. Article 2: Mutual Defense Both West Virginia and Confucianism agree to mutually defend each other upon request in case of any attack on their territory or armed forces, or a military advance on either nation. They will defend each other with everything they have, be it military or financial, diplomatic, etc. Article 3: Mutual Aggression Both West Virginia and Confucianism agree whole-heartedly to support one another in acts of aggression against another nation. The only condition is that, before an aggressive action is taken, they alert the other signatory to the action so they can take proper precautions. Article 4: Freedom of Passage Both West Virginia and Confucianism agree to allow freedom of passage to all vessels, peoples, and air vehicles of both nations.
