Agostinho Neto
Ratcheting up tensions heightened by the war in East Asia, Azerbaijan on Friday redeployed thousands of troops toward its borders and coasts and canceled soldiers’ furloughs, according to security and intelligence officials. The Azerbaijani moves reflected increasing wariness following the escalating conflict in Asia. Azerbaijani authorities have blamed many international leaders for the violence and instability of international planets, and voted a series of embargos against those nations perpetrating imperialist policies. The Azeri insist they do not want armed conflict, but have said they will defend their interests. Although things seemed to be warm with the rest of the world, Azerbaijan can't find a strong peaceful ally to count on. The majority of the Azeri people see nationalism and disorganization as a dangerous enemy.
