Sumeragi
Kyokujitsu Teikoku formally incorporates North Mongolia into the Empire. Since the victory against the Red Peril, Mongolia has thrived under the benevolent help of the Rising Sun. Now, with the blood of our peoples coming closer and closer, there is no other destiny but unification under the same house.
mastab
The NAAC is disturbed by the Kyokujitsu Teikoku's (OOC: Can I just call you Japan? ) imperialistic spread across Asia.
Sumeragi
OOC: Just write Kyokujitsu. There already is a Japan IC: Imperialism only exists among people of different ethnic groups. The Mongols have always been close cousins, for the Northern Nomads are related by blood. mastab
OOC: That's still a bit of a tongue twister. And finger twister. IC: I disagree entirely. Imperialism exists between classes - one class, the ruling one, wishes to control more of another, the working one. This is what we see here. Besides, races are meaningless constructs used to divide the working class anyway.
The Mongol-Swedes
OOC: We've been incorporated! IC: The General Council hereby declares a state of emergency as threats of open hostilities have been received from the Kyokujitsu Teikoku government. We also cite the "Good Neighbor Doctrine" of the United States of China, and declare that the expansionist aims of the aggressor Kyokujitsu forces have violated the spirit of good relations between all clans and creeds of East Asia. We have organized and successfully lead an anti-imperialist, socialist-inspired expulsion of Western influences and capitalist enslavement of the Steppes and renounce the chauvinist talk of 'blood ties' between the Mongol-Swedes and Kyokujitsu. We will stand firmly in opposition to these colonizers and declare that the Steppes will always be free, and will continue to stand in solidarity with our comrades in the Comintern, and will not buckle under pressure from the Anti-Cominterm Pact in our resolve to retain our sovereignty as a workers state. General Orlov
Kyokujitsu Teikoku formally incorporates North Mongolia into the Empire.Since the victory against the Red Peril, Mongolia has thrived under the benevolent help of the Rising Sun. Now, with the blood of our peoples coming closer and closer, there is no other destiny but unification under the same house. Your imperialism is appalling. Also we are protesting this Anti-Commitern Pact. That is all. Neo Soviet military is mobilized to the southern border, to defend against any possible Kyokujitsu Teikoku expansion
Sumeragi
OOC: I STILL don't recognize you, General Orlov. IC: With the formation of the Socialist Tribal Confederacy of the Mongol-Swedes, Kyokujitsu Teikoku extends a hand of friendship and brotherhood, and would like to discuss the exact borders. The Mongol-Swedes
IC: The General Council, in the spirit of the Good Neighbor Doctrine, agrees to meet with the Kyokujitsu government at Manchuli to develop formal relations of peace and prosperity for all clans and creeds of East Asia, and have ordered a stand-down of the Revolutionary Extraterritorial Defense Corps.
