If you look at the charts for the two nations he raid, their NS growth jumped from around 0 NS like a day after war declared. Probably raided even more nations earlier and just deleted the history. Whats the point in cheating at CN:TE this late in the round lol? Something needs to be done to prevent this, its obvious when it happens (especially in the middle of the round) Donated I bet.
